| Resumen : | El propósito de la presente investigación consistió en la implementación una plataforma de mensajería instantánea en la Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, que se justifica principalmente en los beneficios que genera la utilización de este medio de difusión de información y los múltiples usos que se puede dar al envío de SMS. Se empleó la técnica de la encuesta conformada por siete preguntas para los estudiantes y siete preguntas para los docentes, orientadas a conocer el tipo de comunicación empleado en la Carrera, el uso de los dispositivos tecnológicos para comunicarse, el tipo de red telefónica mayormente utilizado y la aceptación o rechazo de la plataforma; estas preguntas confirmaron la comunicación tradicional (verbal y escrita) que emplea la Carrera, la utilización de los teléfonos celulares por el 59% de la muestra estudiantil y el 91% de los docentes, la red mayormente empleada es la Red 3G. Los resultados obtenidos para la pregunta de la aceptación de la plataforma, fueron positivos y a favor de la implementación, los mensajes de texto llegarían de forma inmediata, en cualquier lugar, y notificarían sobre información generada en secretaria de Carrera INSISCOMP (Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales). |
| Descripción : | The purpose of the present investigation was to implement an instant messaging platform in the Computer Engineering Systems Carrer, that is mainly justified in the benefits generated by the use of this medium of information dissemination and the multiple uses that can be given To sending SMS. The survey technique consisted of seven questions for the students and seven questions for teachers, oriented at knowing the type of communication used in the carrer, the use of technological devices to communicate, the type of telephone network mostly used and Acceptance or rejection of the platform; These questions confirmed the traditional communication (verbal and written) that use carrer, the use of cell phones by 59% of the student sample and 91% of teachers, the network mostly used is the 3G Network. The results obtained for the question of acceptance of the platform were positive and in favor of the implementation, the text messages would arrive immediately, anywhere, and notify about information generated in the secretary of Carrera INSISCOMP (Computer Engineering Systems). |
