| Resumen : | La investigación titulada "Estrategias del Docente en el Desarrollo de Habilidades de Emprendimiento e Innovación" aborda la problemática de la falta de estrategias efectivas por parte de los docentes en la carrera de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, lo que afecta el desarrollo de habilidades emprendedoras e innovadoras en los estudiantes. El objetivo general del estudio fue determinar las estrategias aplicadas por los docentes para fomentar dichas habilidades en los estudiantes de primero a octavo semestre. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque mixto, no experimental y de corte transversal, integrando métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Entre los principales resultados, se identificó que, aunque los docentes conocen diversas estrategias, la sobrecarga horaria limita su capacidad para implementarlas efectivamente, afectando la preparación de los estudiantes para enfrentar los desafíos del mercado laboral. La novedad científica del estudio radica en la identificación de la necesidad de formación continua para los docentes, lo que permitiría mejorar sus prácticas pedagógicas y, en consecuencia, potenciar las competencias emprendedoras e innovadoras de los estudiantes. |
| Descripción : | The research titled "Teacher Strategies in the Development of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Skills" addresses the problem of the lack of effective strategies by teachers in the Business Administration career at the State University of the South of Manabí, which affects the development of entrepreneurial and innovative skills in students. The general objective of the study was to determine the strategies applied by teachers to promote these skills in students from the first to eighth semester. The methodology used was a mixed, non experimental and cross-sectional approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative methods. Among the main results, it was identified that, although teachers know various strategies, time overload limits their ability to implement them effectively, affecting the preparation of students to face the challenges of the labor market. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the identification of the need for continuous training for teachers, which would improve their pedagogical practices and, consequently, enhance the entrepreneurial and innovative skills of students. |
