| Resumen : | El proyecto de investigación tiene como tema: Sistema control de inventario y su incidencia en el registro contables de la empresa Multicomercio Panchita del cantón Jipijapa, considerando el débil control de sistema en los inventarios que conlleva a tener procesos debilitados por lo cual puede afectar en la operatividad. El objetivo general se basó en analizar el sistema de control de inventarios que contribuyó en el registro contable de la empresa Multicomercio Panchita del cantón Jipijapa, a través de los objetivos específicos donde se diagnosticó el estado actual del sistema control de inventario que indicen en los registros contables y del mismo modo se enmarcara la metodología, que se aplicó en la investigación fue tipo no experimental, su enfoque mixto, alcance descriptivo, la población de la institución fue de 308 personas donde se encuesto a 174 que fue el total de la muestra escogida. Asimismo, se realizó encuestas a los clientes y trabajadores de la institución y entrevistas al gerente. Los resultados permitieron el diagnosticó del estado actual del control de inventario en la empresa Multicomercio Panchita para un buen manejo, donde el 9% de las personas dijeron que es nada importante, el 17% dijeron que es poco importante, el 20% indica que es neutro, el 24% de las personas dijo que es importante, mientras que el 31% dijo que es muy importante que exista la reducción de inmobiliarios en stock, para culminar se ejecutó la discusión, conclusiones y recomendaciones. |
| Descripción : | The research project focused on the theme of inventory control systems and their impact on the accounting records of the company Multicomercio Panchita in the Jipijapa canton, addressing the existing weaknesses in inventory control that can compromise operational efficiency. The general objective was to analyze the inventory control system and its contribution to the accounting records of Multicomercio Panchita. This was achieved through specific objectives, including diagnosing the current state of the inventory control system as reflected in the accounting records. The study employed a non-experimental methodology with a mixed approach and a descriptive scope. The population of the institution consisted of 308 individuals, from which a sample of 174 participants was selected. Surveys were conducted with clients and employees of the institution, and interviews were carried out with the manager to gather qualitative insights. The results highlighted the current state of inventory control at Multicomercio Panchita, emphasizing the importance of effective management practices. Specifically, 9% of respondents stated that inventory control is not important, 17% considered it unimportant, 20% remained neutral, 24% deemed it important, and 31% regarded it as very important. The findings indicate that proper inventory control can reduce the overstocking of goods. The study concludes with a discussion of the results, followed by conclusions and recommendations to improve inventory control processes. |
