| Resumen : | Las normas de control interno son fundamentales para la gestión de cualquier recurso dentro del sector publico las cuales están establecidas mediante su ente rector la Contraloría General del Estado para su correcto manejo. La no aplicación y monitoreo de las mismas resulta en una deficiente gestión las cuales son perjudiciales para el centro de salud y la deficiente divulgación trae el desconocimiento de la misma para quienes trabajan en el centro de salud. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar las normas de control interno y su influencia en la gestión de las Tecnologías de la información y comunicación en el Centro de Salud 13D03 Jipijapa-Puerto López, las bases teóricas fueron de suma importancia a través de las principales variables independientes como las normas de control interno y la variable dependiente como la gestión de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación. La metodología de esta investigación fue no experimental cuantitativo y descriptivo, sobre la población se tuvo al jefe del departamento de tecnologías de la información y comunicación del centro de salud a quien se le aplicó la técnica de la entrevista y checklist para diagnosticar las normas que se cumplen en el centro de salud las cuales se concluyó que algunas no se aplican, por último se creó un artículo científico permitiendo exponer los resultados obtenidos para ser publicados como una fuente de conocimiento. |
| Descripción : | Internal control standards are fundamental for the management of any resource within the public sector, which are established through its governing body, the Office of the Comptroller General of the State, for their correct management. The non-application and monitoring of them results in poor management, which is detrimental to the health center, and the deficient dissemination brings ignorance of it to those who work in the health center. This work aimed to analyze the internal control standards and their influence on the management of Information and Communication Technologies in the Health Center 13D03 Jipijapa-Puerto López, the theoretical bases were of utmost importance through the main independent variables such as the internal control standards and the dependent variable such as the management of information and communication technologies. The methodology of this research was non-experimental, quantitative and descriptive, on the population the head of the department of information and communication technologies of the health center was applied, to whom the technique of the interview and checklist was applied to diagnose the rules that are complied with in the health center, which it was concluded that some are not applied. Finally, a scientific article was created allowing the results obtained to be published as a source of knowledge. |
