| Resumen : | En el presente proyecto investigación de gestión administrativas y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral de la Empresa Pública Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado del cantón Jipijapa, tuvo como objetivo general de Describir la gestión administrativa en el desempeño laboral de la Empresa Pública Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado Sanitario de Jipijapa. El problema objeto de estudio radica en la deficiente gestión administrativa que incide negativamente en el desempeño laboral del personal. La metodología de la investigación utilizada fue de enfoque Cuali- cuantitativo para estudiar los resultados de las técnicas empleadas. Además, se utilizó el método analítico y bibliográfico para establecer conexos teóricos afines a las variables objeto de estudio. De igual manera, se empleó la entrevista y la encuesta como técnicas en la indagación para prescribir el momento actual del desempeño laboral encaminado en la gestión administrativa, la cual estuvo direccionada a los empleados de la empresa. De acuerdo, a la aplicación de las técnicas se recolecto información sobre las insuficiencias que presentan en la gestión administrativa que sobresaltan el desempeño de sus colaboradores. Sobre la base a los resultados se ejecutó empresa de está adoptando una combinación de tecnologías avanzadas, prácticas sostenibles y estrategias de gestión para mejorar su eficiencia operativa. En conclusión, la gestión administrativa contribuye a una gestión eficaz del talento humano, mediante programas de capacitación, desarrollo profesional y reconocimiento laboral. |
| Descripción : | The administrative management research and its impact on the work performance of the Municipal Public Company of Drinking Water and Sewerage of Jipijapa canton, the general objective was to describe the administrative management in the work performance of the Municipal Public Company of Drinking Water and Sewerage of Jipijapa. The main problem lies in the poor administrative management that negatively affects the work performance of the staff. Among the causes are the lack of strategic planning, the absence of training programs, the lack of adequate technological tools and insufficient supervision of administrative activities. The research methodology used was a Qualitative-Quantitative approach to study the results of the techniques used. In addition, the analytical and bibliographic method was used to establish theoretical connections related to the variables under study. Likewise, the interview and the survey were used as techniques in the inquiry to prescribe the current moment of work performance aimed at administrative management, which was directed to the employees of the company. According to the application of the techniques, it was found that the company has deficiencies in its administrative management that highlight the performance of its collaborators. Based on the results, the company is adopting a combination of advanced technologies, sustainable practices and management strategies to improve its operational efficiency. In conclusion, administrative management contributes to an effective management of human talent, through training programs, professional development and labor recognition. |
