| Resumen : | El proyecto de investigación aborda la creación de software a través de la aplicación de tecnologías como el cloud computing, priorizando las necesidades de los usuarios finales y reconociendo la incertidumbre inherente en la definición y solución de problemas durante el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software. Se propone desarrollar un Sistema Informático basado en el modelo Cloud Computing para la Gestión de la información en la Carrera Tecnologías de la Información. La metodología empleada considera un tipo de investigación descriptiva, para determinar el estado actual de la tecnología a utilizar en el desarrollo del proyecto y exploratoria, para identificar y analizar diferentes soluciones técnicas, como métodos de investigación se puede resaltar el método bibliográfico y el método analítico, como técnica se utilizó la entrevista a fin de poder recopilar información detallada, perspectivas y experiencias directamente de los beneficiarios del sistema, se aplicó también el estándar IEEE-830-1998 para definir la estructura y contenido de los requisitos de software. Como plataformas de desarrollo se utilizan tecnologías como PHP, JavaScript y MySQL. El análisis de datos cualitativos se realiza con la herramienta Atlas ti, lo que resulta en la construcción de características específicas para el desarrollo del software objeto del presente estudio. Los resultados muestran una optimización en la gestión documental por parte de la secretaria de la Carrera Tecnologías de la Información, con una aplicación intuitiva, flexible y adaptable a los requerimientos por parte de la institución en pro de la mejora de sus servicios. Se pudo concluir a través del presente estudio que la adopción de Cloud Computing es clave para centralizar y virtualizar datos, mejorando la eficiencia y seguridad en el acceso a recursos educativos, la elección de herramientas y metodologías adecuadas, junto con un diseño enfocado en las necesidades específicas, permite optimizar procesos administrativos y gestionar la información de manera escalable, flexible y accesible en entornos educativos. |
| Descripción : | The research project addresses the creation of software through the application of technologies such as cloud computing, prioritizing the needs of end users and recognizing the inherent uncertainty in defining and solving problems during the software development life cycle. It is proposed to develop a Computer System based on the Cloud Computing model for Information Management in the Information Technology Degree. The methodology used considers a type of descriptive research, to determine the current state of the technology to be used in the development of the project and exploratory, to identify and analyze different technical solutions, as research methods the bibliographic method and the analytical method can be highlighted. , as a technique, the interview was used in order to collect detailed information, perspectives and experiences directly from the beneficiaries of the system, the IEEE-830-1998 standard was also applied to define the structure and content of the software requirements. Technologies such as PHP, JavaScript and MySQL are used as development platforms. The analysis of qualitative data is carried out with the Atlas ti tool, which results in the construction of specific characteristics for the development of the software object of this study. The results show an optimization in document management by the secretary of the Information Technology Career, with an intuitive, flexible and adaptable application to the requirements of the institution in order to improve its services. It was possible to conclude through this study that the adoption of Cloud Computing is key to centralizing and virtualizing data, improving efficiency and security in access to educational resources, the choice of appropriate tools and methodologies, along with a design focused on the needs specific, allows you to optimize administrative processes and manage information in a scalable, flexible and accessible way in educational environments. |
