| Resumen : | La gestión administrativa en los organismos internacionales manejan un papel crucial en el buen desempeño de sus funciones en el alcance total de sus objetivos propuestos, ante estos antecedentes, el presente proyecto de investigación titulado “Gestión administrativa e incidencia en el alcance de los objetivos-Dirección de Gestión Financiera del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado, Cantón Santa Ana” que tiene como diagnostico general de estudio, Analizar como incide la gestión administrativa en el alcance de los objetivos de la dirección de Gestión Financiera del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Santa Ana, de esta manera, se plantean tres objetivos específicos: Fundamentar bases teóricas de la gestión administrativa en las entidades públicas y privadas, determinar el nivel de cumplimiento, desarrollar un artículo científico mediante los resultados obtenidos, por esta razón, su metodología se desarrolla bajo el estudio no experimental, con un enfoque cualitativo y Cuali-cuantitativo, a su vez, su población es de 12 servidores públicos que por lo que respecta, su muestra corresponde a un muestreo no probabilístico al no contar con formula alguna para su interpretación. Dado esto, sus variables de estudio que son Gestión Administrativa y Alcance de los Objetivos, como instrumento se realizó un análisis estadístico en las encuestas realizadas y análisis de la entrevista, midiendo la incidencia de su gestión, donde alcanza de manera eficiente sus objetivos, y al pie con sus manual de procesos y manual de cumplimiento como dirección y GAD Municipal, finalmente, los resultados obtenidos fueron concluidos de en los datos abordados por este proyecto de investigación. |
