| Resumen : | En la actualidad la compañía Comtripuen S.A no cuenta con herramienta tecnología que ayude en el control de los procesos administrativos que tiene la empresa tales como los datos de los vehículos motorizados, socios, registros de pagos, gestión de documentos. El presente proyecto de titulación tiene como objetivo principal implementar una aplicación móvil para el control de los procesos administrativos en la compañía Comtripuen S.A del cantón Pedro Carbo. Se utilizó la investigación cuali-cuantitativa acompañada del método teórico e empírico, histórico-lógico y el análisis -síntesis, con la técnica de encuesta, análisis de documentos, revisión bibliográfica. A través de las encuestas que se realizó a 97 socios activos de la empresa el 63% que representan 61 socios indicaron que la implementación de la aplicación móvil mejorará significativamente los procesos gestión administrativa y seguridad de la data de la compañía, llegando a la conclusión que gracias a la implementación de la aplicación móvil se permitió mejorar el manejo de los datos de información de la compañía de manera más organizadas y rápida, así mismo se efectuó una capacitación sobre el funcionamiento de cada herramienta que cuenta la aplicación móvil. |
| Descripción : | Currently, the company Comtripuen S.A does not have a technological tool that helps in the control of the administrative processes that the company has, such as data on motor vehicles, partners, payment records, and document management. The main objective of this degree project is to implement a mobile application for the control of administrative processes in the company Comtripuen S.A in the Pedro Carbo canton. Quali-quantitative research was used accompanied by the theoretical and empirical, historical-logical method and analysis-synthesis, with the survey technique, document analysis, and bibliographic review. Through the surveys carried out on 97 active partners of the company, 63%, representing 61 partners, indicated that the implementation of the mobile application will significantly improve the administrative management and data security processes of the company, reaching the conclusion that Thanks to the implementation of the mobile application, it was possible to improve the management of the company's information data in a more organized and faster way, and training was also carried out on the operation of each tool that the mobile application has. |
