| Resumen : | En este trabajo investigativo se presenta un estudio sobre la inversión pública y su aporte al desarrollo turístico del cantón Puerto López, para el cual el objetivo principal es determinar como la inversión pública constituye el uso de recursos públicos recaudados en impuestos, obtención de créditos, utilidades de empresas públicas, entre otras fuentes de ingresos, para dirigirlos en beneficio del cantón, representada en obras de infraestructura y servicios, desarrollo de proyectos turísticos, incentivo en la creación y desarrollo de empresas, promoción de las actividades comerciales, generación de empleo, y mejoramiento de la calidad de vida en general. El turismo no solo constituye una de las principales fuentes de ingresos del país, sino también una alternativa sostenible para el desarrollo de la población. La metodología utilizada en el desarrollo de este proceso investigativo estuvo dirigido por la investigación de campo y la no experimental y por los métodos inductivodeductivo, descriptivo y analítico que fueron de gran valía para la recopilación de la información. A través de la estadística descriptiva se analizan las principales variables que determinan el comportamiento del sector, se expone además el papel del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Puerto López como ente regulador y promotor del turismo, también se hizo de las técnicas como: la encuesta dirigida a los habitantes y la entrevista al Alcalde del cantón. Como resultado, se destaca el aporte directo e indirecto, que el turismo genera a la economía nacional, los procesos que se han encaminado con el propósito de incentivar el crecimiento de este sector a través del desarrollo turístico. Adicionalmente, se presentan algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones inclinadas al mejoramiento de las políticas, planes, y acciones en pro del desarrollo turístico plasmado en una propuesta de un plan de desarrollo turístico para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Puerto López |
| Descripción : | In this research, a study is presented on public investment and its contribution to tourism development in the canton of Puerto Lopez, for which the main objective is to determine how public investment constitutes the use of public resources collected in taxes, obtaining credits, utilities Public enterprises, among other sources of income, to direct them to the benefit of the canton, represented in infrastructure and services, development of tourism projects, incentive in the creation and development of enterprises, promotion of commercial activities, employment generation, and Improvement of the quality of life in general. Tourism is not only one of the main sources of income in the country, but also a sustainable alternative for the development of the population. The methodology used in the development of this investigative process was directed by field and non-experimental research and by inductive-deductive, descriptive and analytical methods that were of great value for the collection of information. Through the descriptive statistics the main variables that determine the behavior of the sector are analyzed, it is also exposed the role of the Autonomous Municipal Decentralized Municipal of the canton Puerto Lopez as regulator and promoter of the tourism, also was made of the techniques as: the survey Addressed to the inhabitants and the interview to the Mayor of the canton. As a result, the direct and indirect contribution that tourism generates to the national economy stands out, the processes that have been directed with the purpose of encouraging the growth of this sector through tourism development. In addition, some conclusions and recommendations are presented with a view to improving the policies, plans and actions for tourism development embodied in a proposal for a tourism development plan for the Autonomous Municipal Decentralized Government of the Puerto Lopez canton. |
