| Resumen : | La presente investigación se realizó en la parroquia de Crucita del cantón de Portoviejo de la provincia de Manabí, tuvo como objetivo principal identificar el servicio de restauración turística en la parroquia crucita y la satisfacción al visitante, donde se pudo conocer y observar más sobre la gastronomía de la parroquia, conocer cuáles son las ofertas que ellos ofrecen en la zona, observar el tipo de servicio que brindan a los clientes que visitan sus establecimientos y permitir ver cuál era la satisfacción del turista que llegaba a Crucita a consumir algún servicio. La metodología utilizada fue correspondiente a una serie de métodos de enfoque investigativo de carácter exploratorio, descriptivo, bibliográfico y de in situ haciendo el uso obligatorio de fichas de inventario de valores culturales, fichas de inventarios de platos y encuestas que fueron aplicadas a los gerentes o dueños de los establecimientos y a los turistas que visitaban la parroquia de Crucita. En base a la información obtenida en los resultados que fueron aplicados se puede analizar que la parroquia posee un gran potencial, pero hoy en día no se encuentra siendo bien aprovechada, por la poca intervención y falta de apoyo de autoridades pertinentes y a la falta de promoción lo que genera un desconocimiento de lo que esta parroquia tiene por ofrecer a los turistas tantos locales, nacionales y extranjeros; lo cual se va procurar la idea de crear estrategias para dar a conocer el potencial de la parroquia de Crucita que tiene por ofrecer. |
| Descripción : | The present research was carried out in the Crucita Parish in Portoviejo City in the province of Manabí, its main objective was to identify the tourist catering service in the parish of Crucita and visitor satisfaction, where it was possible to learn and observe more about the gastronomy. of the parish, know what the offers they offer in the area, observe the type of service they provide to the clients who visit their establishments and allow us to see the satisfaction of the tourist who came to Crucita to consume a service. The methodology used corresponded to a series of investigative approach methods of an exploratory, descriptive, bibliographic and in situ nature, making the mandatory use of inventory sheets of cultural values, inventory sheets of dishes and surveys that were applied to managers or owners of the establishments and tourists who visited the Crucita Parish. Based on the information obtained in the results that were applied, it can be analyzed that the parish has great potential, but today it is not being used well, due to the little intervention and lack of support from relevant authorities and the lack of promotion. which generates a lack of knowledge of what this parish has to offer to local, national and foreign tourists; which will seek the idea of creating strategies to publicize the potential that the Change has to offer. |
