| Resumen : | El proyecto de investigación sobre “La calidad de los servicios de alojamiento y su impacto en la afluencia de turistas en el balneario San Andrés de Canoa del Cantón San Vicente”, surgió debido a que este hermoso balneario se ha desarrollado notablemente en cuanto a infraestructura hotelera y es necesario mejorar la calidad de servicio. La investigación se realizó con el fin de determinar la calidad de los servicios de alojamiento y su impacto en la afluencia de turistas en el balneario San Andrés de Canoa del cantón San Vicente. Se realizó trabajo de campo, que permitió hacer un inventario de la infraestructura hotelera con los servicios que presta al cliente, estableciendo objetivos generales y específicos, así mismo se fortaleció con conceptos a través de los diferentes textos, internet. El uso de métodos y técnicas como observación, encuestas, métodos deductivo e inductivo fue parte importante de la investigación, permitiendo de esta manera obtener resultados a través de cuadros estadísticos con sus respectivos análisis. Investigación que ha permitido establecer criterios acorde a las necesidades de los turistas que visitan el Balneario de San Andrés de Canoa y de esta manera poder realizar una propuesta que permita mejorar la calidad de servicio de alojamiento. |
| Descripción : | The research project on "The quality of the accommodation and its impact on the influence of tourists in the resort San Andres de Canoa in San Vicente Canton” arose because this beautiful resort has developed significantly in terms of hotel infrastructure and it is necessary to improve quality of service. The research was conducted in order to determine the quality of the accommodation and its impact on the influence of tourists in the resort San Andres de Canoa in San Vicente canton. Fieldwork, which enabled an inventory of hotel infrastructure with the services provided to the client, establishing goals and objectives, and strengthened himself with concepts through different texts, internet was performed. Using methods and techniques such as observation, surveys, deductive and inductive methods was an important part of the investigation, thereby enabling to obtain results through statistical tables with their respective analysis Investigation that has established criteria according to the needs of the tourists visiting the resort of San Andres de Canoa and in this way able to make a proposal to improve the quality of hosting service. |
