| Resumen : | Los sistemas informáticos son recursos tecnológicos que ayudan a controlar y gestionar las operaciones internas de las empresas, en el laboratorio clínico IN VITRO los procesos se los realiza mediante programas ofimáticos como Word y Excel, para la creación de un nuevo paciente utilizan hojas te textos, por lo que generan mucha información y al no estar ordenada, dificulta la búsqueda de la información, el problema consiste en que este proceso se lo realiza para los pacientes y reactivos, generando un proceso minucioso de consulta dificultando la indagación inmediata de productos y pacientes, por esta razón el objetivo de este proyecto es de implementar un sistema informático que permita gestionar la administración de insumos, reactivos, resultados de análisis y facturación en el laboratorio clínico "IN VITRO" del cantón Paján, para así poder dar cumplimiento a la parte sistemática en esta era tecnológica, la metodología del proyecto presenta un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo por ser una investigación de tipo descriptiva, correlacional y de campo, que emplea un diseño no experimental, como resultado se implementó un sistema informático que gestione los inventarios de reactivos y que controle la facturación, como conclusión se utilizó las técnicas de recolección de datos, con las cuales se lograron identificar los procesos que se necesitan automatizar, utilizando el programa Macromedia Dreamweaver y MySQL se logró crear el sistema informático web para el laboratorio clínico, aplicando lenguajes de programación como HTLM, PHP, JavaScript, JASON, CSS y SQL, usando de manera local XAMPP para luego subirlo al servidor web. |
| Descripción : | Computer systems are technological resources that help control and manage the internal operations of companies, in the IN VITRO clinical laboratory the processes are carried out using office programs such as Word and Excel, to create a new patient they use text sheets, Therefore, they generate a lot of information and since it is not organized, it makes it difficult to search for the information. The problem is that this process is carried out for patients and reagents, generating a thorough consultation process, making it difficult to immediately investigate products and patients. For this reason, the objective of this project is to implement a computer system that allows managing the administration of supplies, reagents, analysis results and billing in the "IN VITRO" clinical laboratory of the Paján, canton, in order to comply with the systematic part. In this technological era, the project methodology presents a qualitative and quantitative approach as it is a descriptive, correlational and field research, which uses a non-experimental design. As a result, a computer system was implemented to manage reagent inventories and to control billing, as a conclusion, data collection techniques were used, with which it was possible to identify the processes that need to be automated, using the Macromedia Dreamweaver program and MySQL, it was possible to create the web computer system for the clinical laboratory, applying languages of programming such as HTLM, PHP, JavaScript, JASON, CSS and SQL, using XAMPP locally and then uploading it to the web server. |
