| Resumen : | Estudiada la situación actual en la que se encuentran las comunidades que conforman el Biocorredor del Cantón Santa Ana con la finalidad de efectuar la Tesis de Grado, se seleccionó como tema de investigación “PLAN DE DESARROLLO TURÍSTICO DEL BIOCORREDOR DEL CANTÓN SANTA ANA PROVINCIA DE MANABÍ, AÑO 2012” Desarrollados los objetivos de la investigación y planteadas las hipótesis, mismas que se comprobaron, sirvieron como guía para tratar temas como: situación actual y nivel de satisfacción de los visitantes por los servicios brindados en el Biocorredor del Cantón Santa Ana, provincia de Manabí. La población que se utilizó para realizar esta investigación fueron las personas que visitan el Biocorredor, y las comunidades que lo conforman (áreas de influencia directa) Concretamente se trabajó con 23 comunidades y 345 visitantes. Se utilizaron los métodos hermenéutico, inductivo, analítico sintético, descriptivo estadístico. Para obtener información sobre la situación actual de las comunidades se la aplicó la técnica del fichaje con su instrumento la ficha de caracterización turística de comunidades para realizar el diagnostico turístico del Biocorredor del cantón Santa Ana y la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el formulario de encuesta para determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los visitantes por los servicios brindados en el Biocorredor del Cantón Santa Ana, provincia de Manabí. Los resultados indicaron que el Biocorredor del cantón Santa Ana provincia de Manabí muestra variadas necesidades en lo referente a los elementos del sistema turístico y que los visitantes del Biocorredor expresan un nivel medio de satisfacción por los servicios turísticos que se les brinda. Con los resultados obtenidos se elaboró el Plan de Desarrollo Turístico para el Biocorredor del cantón Santa Ana. |
| Descripción : | Studied the current situation in which they find the communities that shape the Biocorridor of the Canton Santa Ana with the purpose of effecting the Thesis of Degree, was selected as topic of investigation "PLAN OF TOURIST DEVELOPMENT OF THE BIOCORRIDOR OF THE CANTON SANTA ANA MANABÍ's PROVINCE, YEAR 2012‖ Developed the objetives of the investigation and raised the hypotheses, same that were verified, served as guide to treat topics as: current situation and level of satisfaction of the visitors for the services offered in the Biocorridor of the Canton Santa Ana, Manabí's province. The population who was in use for realizing this investigation they were the persons who visit the Biocorridor, and the communities that it shape (areas of direct influence). Concretely one worked with 23 communities and 345 visitors. The methods were in use hermeneutic, inductive, analytical synthetic, descriptive statistician. To obtain information about the current situation of the communities the technology of the signing applied with his instrument the card of tourist characterization of communities to realize the tourist diagnosis of the Biocorridor of the canton Santa Ana and the technology of the survey with his instrument the form of survey to determine the level of satisfaction of the visitors for the services offered in the Biocorridor of the Canton Santa Ana, Manabí's province. The results indicated that the Biocorridor of the canton Santa Ana Manabí's province shows varied needs in what concerns the elements of the tourist system and that the visitors of the Biocorridor express an average level of satisfaction for the tourist services that it is offered to them. With the obtained results was elaborated the Plan of Tourist Development for the Biocorredor of the canton Santa Ana, Manabí's province. |
