| Resumen : | El GAD Ecuatoriano de Flavio Alfaro es una entidad pública que está sujeta a las regulaciones del estado, donde mediante un estudio y análisis situacional actual del municipio se pudo verificar que el área que presenta mayor vulnerabilidad es la de TI por lo que en este espacio se encuentran ubicados los dispositivos tecnológicos y es ahí donde existe mayor riesgo, además la seguridad informática debe mejorarse, tanto en la parte del hardware como la del software, de la misma forma se necesita tener gestiones de riesgos para poder prever de forma preventiva los eventos naturales que se puedan presentar, para esto el objetivo de la investigación es diseñar un modelo de gestión de riesgo para la infraestructura tecnológica en el GAD Municipal de Flavio Alfaro, el proyecto tiene un enfoque cuantitativo por estar orientado a los trabajadores del municipio y cualitativo al entrevistar al encargado de TI, además es de tipo correlacional porque tiene una metodología de investigación no experimental donde se miden las variables gestión de riesgo y la infraestructura tecnológica, el beneficiario principal de este proyecto es el GAD municipal por lo que contará con políticas de seguridad las cuales se deben cumplir a corto, mediano o largo plazo, para así prever los posibles riesgos causados de forma involuntaria por parte de la naturaleza, catástrofes como incendios, inundaciones o terremotos, como conclusión se implementó el modelo de riesgo de infraestructura tecnológica mediante la metodología AMFE donde se realizó una matriz para evaluar la estructura y proponer mejoras. |
| Descripción : | The Ecuadorian GAD of Flavio Alfaro is a public entity that is subject to state regulations, where through a study and current situational analysis of the municipality it was possible to verify that the area that presents the greatest vulnerability is IT, so in this space technological devices are located and that is where there is the greatest risk, in addition, computer security must be improved, both in terms of hardware and software, in the same way it is necessary to have risk management to be able to prevent natural events in a preventive way that may be presented, for this the objective of the research is to design a risk management model for the technological infrastructure in the Municipal GAD of Flavio Alfaro, the project has a quantitative approach because it is oriented to the municipal workers and qualitative when interviewing to the IT manager, it is also of a correlational type because it has a non-experimental research methodology where risk management variables and technological infrastructure are measured. The main beneficiary of this project is the municipal GAD, so it will have security policies which must be met in the short, medium or long term, in order to anticipate the possible risks caused involuntarily by nature, catastrophes such as fires, floods or earthquakes, as a conclusion the technological infrastructure risk model was implemented using the methodology AMFE where a matrix was made to evaluate the structure and propose improvements. |
