| Resumen : | La pancreatitis aguda es una enfermedad inflamatoria, originada por la activación, liberación intersticial y auto digestión de la glándula por sus propias enzimas. Caracterizada por nausea, vómito, dolor y distensión abdominal; siendo su causa más frecuente litiasis biliar, predominando en el sexo masculino. Analizada la situación actual del laboratorio clínico en el área de distrito de salud #3 de jipijapa, con el propósito de efectuar el trabajo de investigación, se escogió como tema de investigación “Enzimas pancreáticas en el diagnóstico de pancreatitis aguda en pacientes que acuden al Distrito Área de Salud #3 Jipijapa, Periodo Junio – Noviembre del 2014”.Desarrollando los objetivos de la investigación y planteadas las hipótesis, las mismas que se realizaron, sirvieron como guía para tratar temas, encimas pancreáticas, pancreatitis aguda, páncreas, etiología y causas, pruebas complementarias, evaluación diagnostica y complicaciones.La población de diseño que en el caso de esta investigación se convirtió en la muestra, se constituyeron 222 pacientes que llegaron a realizarse la prueba de enzimas pancreáticas, lo que representa un total de 444 exámenes realizados durante el periodo junio-noviembre de 2014.Se utilizaron los métodos descriptivos, bibliográfico, correlacionalpara conocer los niveles séricos de los pacientes que frecuentaron en el laboratorio clínico del distrito áreasalud#3 del cantón Jipijapa. Los resultados indicaron que los pacientes que presentaron nivel alto ya realizado las pruebas de enzimas pancreáticas fueron los de edad adulta tardía.Con los resultados obtenidos se planteó la propuesta, manual de prevenciones de afecciones pancreáticas y así prevenir la pancreatitis aguda en el cantón Jipijapa. |
| Descripción : | The sharp pancreatitis is an inflammatory illness, originated by the activation, interstitial liberation and car digestion of the gland by its own enzymes. Characterized for it nauseates, vomit, pain and abdominal distension; being their cause more frequent litiasisbiliar, prevailing in the masculine sex. Analyzed the current situation of the clinical laboratory in the area of district of health #3 of Jipijapa, with the purpose of making the investigation work, it was chosen like investigation topic "pancreatic Enzymes in the I diagnose of sharp pancreatitis in patients that #3 Jipijapa goes to the District Area of Health, Period June - November of the 2014." Developing the objectives of the investigation and outlined the hypotheses, the same ones that were carried out, served like guide to treat topics, pancreatic enzymes, sharp pancreatitis, pancreas, etiologies and causes, complementary tests, evaluation diagnoses and complications. The design population that became the sample in the case of this investigation, 222 patients were constituted that ended up being carried out the test of pancreatic enzymes, what represents a total of 444 exams carried out during the period June-November of 2014. The descriptive, bibliographical methods were used,correlacional to know the levels séricos of the patients that frequented in the clinical laboratory of the district area salud#3 of the canton Jipijapa. The results indicated that the patients that already presented high level carried out the tests of pancreatic enzymes were those of late mature age. With the obtained results you outline the proposal, manual of preventions of pancreatic affections and this way to prevent the sharp pancreatitis in the canton Jipijapa. |
