| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene objetivo principal determinar la Gestión Administrativa y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones de la gasolinera Estación de Servicios Rocío del cantón Portoviejo. Mediante el presente estudio se podrá diagnosticar cuales son la deficiencia que está incurriendo en la entidad, con el fin de mejorar los procesos administrativos, el mismo que permitirá llevar un mejor control, planificación, organización de las actividades y tareas de manera coordinada, todo esto para obtener mejores resultados y poder alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Este trabajo fue desarrollado en base a la estructura de proyecto de investigación, puesto que consistió en determinar la problemática, se plantearon objetivos, se realizó la justificación, marco teórico utilizando revista, páginas web, artículos científicos y libros. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación fue de tipo inductivo, deductivo, estadístico, documental que fueron de gran importancia para clasificar la información recopilada permitiendo alcanzar los objetivos planteados, y en cuanto a las técnicas utilizadas fue la entrevista y encuesta. Finalmente, basándose en los resultados de la investigación se obtuvo que el personal cuenta con un nivel bajo de conocimientos necesarios para cumplir con el desarrollo de cada una de las etapas del proceso administrativo como es la planificación, organización, dirección y control, se dejara recomendaciones plasmada y se realizará una Auditoria de Gestión que busque la solución a las falencias encontradas e implementar estrategias que ayuden al desarrollo y progreso de la entidad. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this research work is to determine the Administrative Management and its incidence in decision-making at the Rocío Service Station gas station in the Portoviejo canton. Through this study, it will be possible to diagnose the deficiency that the entity is incurring, in order to improve administrative processes, which will allow better control, planning, organization of activities and tasks in a coordinated manner, all this to obtain better results and to be able to achieve the proposed objectives. This work was developed based on the structure of the research projects, since it consisted of determining the problem, objectives were set, justification was made, theoretical framework using magazines, web pages, scientific articles and books. The methodology used in this research was inductive, deductive, statistical, and documentary, which were of great importance to classify the information collected, allowing the objectives set to be achieved, and in terms of the techniques used, the interview and survey. Finally, based on the results of the investigation, it was obtained that the staff has a low level of knowledge necessary to comply with the development of each of the stages of the administrative process such as planning, organization, direction and control, recommendations will be left. embodied and a Management Audit will be carried out that seeks the solution to the shortcomings found and implement strategies that help the development and progress of the entity. |
