| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene la cualidad de establecer la importancia que tiene la tecnología en los actuales momentos, aplicando un estudio de factibilidad de un sistema integral de seguridad mediante tecnología RFID en el laboratorio de TI número 14 de la Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, donde el mismo aportara con la asistencia tecnológica en la gestión del acceso al laboratorio, colaborando con la logística en el control de movimiento, ante el ingreso del personal autorizado y de esta forma, optimizara el tiempo y la seguridad, reducirá costos y ofrecerá excelente servicio a sus usuarios. La metodología aplicada para esta investigación se determinó de la forma analítico descriptivo, deductivo- hipotético, bibliográfico y estadístico, ya que se determinaron los datos de manera cualitativa y cuantitativa a través de la encuesta y la entrevista a docentes y estudiantes de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. En fin, mediante el análisis de resultados del estudio se permitió concluir que debido a que los sistemas de seguridad utilizados en el laboratorio de TI número 14 de la Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí son deficientes, sea hace pertinente la implementación de un sistema tecnológico que garantice la seguridad de los estudiantes y docentes quienes realizan y/o dictan sus prácticas en dicha área o campo de estudio. Por lo cual se instaló el sistema de control de acceso ZK-X7 correctamente, basado en un manual técnico, determinado en la propuesta que brindará la solución al problema planteado, ya que permite el reconocimiento de 500 tarjetas de proximidad de manera inmediata, el mismo que contribuirá con el rápido ingreso del personal y con la seguridad del laboratorio de TI número 14 de la Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí |
| Descripción : | The present research project has the quality of establishing the importance of technology at the present time, applying a feasibility study of a comprehensive security system using RFID technology in the laboratory of TI number 14 of the Career of Information Technologys of the State University of the South of Manabí, where it will contribute with technological assistance in the management of access to the laboratory, collaborating with logistics in movement control, before the entry of authorized personnel and in this way, optimize time and security, reduce costs and offer excellent service to its users. The methodology applied for this research was determined in the analytical-descriptive, deductive-hypothetical, bibliographical and statistical way, since the data were determined in a qualitative and quantitative way through the survey and the interview with teachers and students of the State University of South of Manabi. Finally, through the analysis of the results of the study, it was possible to conclude that because the security systems used in the laboratory of TI number 14 of the Information Technologys Career of the State University of South Manabí are deficient, it is pertinent the implementation of a technological system that guarantees the safety of the students and teachers who carry out and/or dictate their practices in said area or field of study. Therefore, the ZK-X7 access control system was installed correctly, based on a technical manual, determined in the proposal that will provide the solution to the problem, since it allows the recognition of 500 proximity cards immediately, the same that will contribute to the rapid entry of personnel and the security of the TI laboratory number 14 of the Information Technologys Career of the South Manabí State University |
