| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo desarrolla el Análisis de los Procesos Administrativos y Contables la Fundación Hogar del cantón Portoviejo, por ello se planteó como objetivo de investigación analizar los procesos administrativos y contables. Consecuentemente, se determinó la falta de coordinación de las políticas, procedimientos y funciones, que permitirán fortalecer la estructura organizacional para conseguir un buen proceso de las actividades. En el desarrollo de la investigación se evaluaron los diferentes procedimientos administrativos en las distintas áreas funcionales administrativo – contable de la fundación. Este estudio contribuye a mejorar el desempeño laboral, la planificación, la ejecución, el control de actividades y el flujo de la comunicación de manera ascendente y descendente. De este modo, se permitirá que el personal disponga de un mayor conocimiento funcional, sistémico e interdisciplinario de las actividades que se desarrollan. Se aplicó una investigación cuantitativa de tipo descriptivo con el que se diagnosticará la situación actual puesto que se tomará información de fuentes primarias, por medio de herramientas de recolección de datos como la encuesta al personal encargado de la administración. |
| Descripción : | The present investigative work develops the Analysis of the Administrative and Accounting Processes of the Foundation Hagar del Canton Portoviejo, for this reason it was proposed as a research objective to analyze the administrative and accounting processes. Consequently, the lack of coordination of the policies, procedures and functions was determined, which will allow strengthening the organizational structure to achieve a good process of the activities. In the development of the investigation, the different administrative procedures in the different administrative-accounting functional areas of the foundation were evaluated. This study contributes to improve work performance, planning, execution, control of activities and the flow of communication in an ascending and descending manner. In this way, it will allow the staff to have a greater functional, systemic and interdisciplinary knowledge of the activities that are carried out. A quantitative descriptive investigation was applied with which the current situation will be diagnosed since information will be taken from primary sources, through data collection tools such as the survey of the personnel in charge of the administration. |
