| Resumen : | el presente proyecto de investigación con tema “Gestión Administrativa y Proceso de Participación Ciudadana en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Rural de la Junta Parroquial de Puerto Cayo” tiene como objetivo principal Analizar la Gestión Administrativa y proceso de participación ciudadana en el Gobierno Autónomo descentralizado Rural De la Junta Parroquial de Puerto Cayo, mejorando así los procesos mediante la aplicación de métodos bibliográficos, inductivo y deductivo, que juntamente con la investigación se obtiene información relevante sobre el gobierno de Puerto Cayo. Tomando en cuenta las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación como es la entrevista y encuesta. La investigación parte de un diagnóstico con la finalidad de detectar las debilidades y amenazas para determinar el nivel de confianza y riesgo existente. Así mismo se evidenciará las falencias que inciden dentro del gobierno de Puerto Cayo, así como resultado de esta investigación las alternativas para la mejora y poder plantear una estrategia que servirá de sugerencia para dar solución a la problemática, de esta manera plantear la propuesta para la entidad que es el objetivo de esta investigación. Mediante la encuesta realizada a los miembros del Gobierno Municipal de Puerto Cayo, se evidencio que existe un desconocimiento sobre temas de gestión administrativa, De tal manera que se realizaran conclusiones y recomendaciones de acuerdo a la investigación de manera que contribuya al desarrollo, y mejoramiento y desempeño de los presidentes u encargados de la institución |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this research project with the theme "Administrative Management and Process of Citizen Participation in the Autonomous Decentralized Rural Government of the Parish Board of Puerto Cayo" is to analyze the Administrative Management and process of citizen participation in the Autonomous Decentralized Rural Government of the Puerto Cayo Parish Board, thus improving the processes through the application of bibliographic, inductive and deductive methods, which together with the investigation, obtains relevant information about the government of Puerto Cayo. Taking into account the research techniques and instruments such as the interview and survey. The investigation is based on a diagnosis in order to detect weaknesses and threats to determine the level of trust and existing risk. Likewise, the shortcomings that affect the government of Puerto Cayo will be evidenced, giving, as a result of this investigation, the alternatives for improvement and thus being able to propose a strategy that will serve as a suggestion to solve the problem, in this way raise the proposal for the entity that is the objective of this research. In such a way that conclusions and recommendations will be made according to the investigation in a way that contributes to the development, and improvement and performance of the presidents or managers of the institution. |
