| Resumen : | La auditoría de gestión es muy importante porque ayuda a realizar evaluaciones constantes para conocer el impacto positivo que una entidad ha tenido en un tiempo determinado y en efecto identificar en que se está fallando para tomar todas las precauciones necesarias. Por esta razón, el objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar cómo incide la auditoría de gestión y su influencia en el proceso administrativo de la empresa “PICASERMAN” del cantón Portoviejo. En consecuencia, se utilizó una metodología mixta apoyada de una investigación de tipo descriptiva, debido que se describe la situación administrativa actual que presenta la entidad, además de la utilización de los métodos inductivo y deductivo. Conjuntamente, se llevó a cabo una entrevista dirigida a la administradora de la compañía y una encuesta a los trabajadores de la misma. Entre los principales resultados se obtuvo que la mayoría del recurso humano manifestó que en la actualidad el proceso administrativo no refleja claridad, eficacia y simplicidad, no obstante, se mostraron aún más interesados en la ejecución de una auditoría de gestión para la mejora de dichos procesos. Motivo por el cual se recomendó indagar en las normativas vigentes que regulan a la empresa con la finalidad de evitar ser sancionados o multados por incumplimiento en el mediano y largo plazo. |
| Descripción : | Management audits are very important because they help to carry out constant evaluations to know the positive impact that an entity has had in a given time and in effect also identify what they are failing to take all the necessary precautions. For this reason, the objective of this study was to determine how the management audit affects and its influence on the administrative process of the company "PICASERMAN" of the Portoviejo canton. Consequently, a mixed methodology was used, supported by a descriptive type of research, because the current administrative situation presented by the entity is described, in addition to the use of inductive and deductive methods. Together, an interview was conducted with the company's Administrator and a survey of its workers. Among the main results, it was obtained that the majority of the human resource stated that currently the administrative processes do not reflect clarity, efficiency and simplicity, however, they were even more interested in the execution of a management audit for the improvement of said processes. Reason for which it was left as a recommendation to investigate the current regulations that regulate the company in order to avoid being sanctioned or fined for non-compliance in the medium and long term. |
