| Resumen : | El empoderamiento femenino actualmente constituye un proceso deseable y necesario para alcanzar el bienestar individual, familiar y social de una comunidad determinada. En este caso, se trata de la naturaleza innata cuyo lineamiento contempla la oportunidad de que las féminas tengan voz y voto en una sociedad de escasas oportunidades laborales. Se planteó como objetivo analizar el empoderamiento de la mujer en el desarrollo turístico del cantón Puerto López. Bajo este contexto la investigación se centró en diseñar estrategias de inclusión que permitan a la mujer empoderarse como agente activo del desarrollo turístico del sitio antes mencionado. Para ello se manejó una metodología de tipo mixta donde se utilizó los métodos inductivo-deductivo, el analítico- sintético, descriptivo, histórico y estadístico, como técnicas se utilizaron las encuestas, entrevista y la observación directa. Al finalizar se planteó en realizar una Propuesta enfocada en elaborar un plan de acción para el sector turístico del cantón que influya en el fortalecimiento del empoderamiento de las mujeres a nivel laboral y salarial. |
| Descripción : | Female empowerment is currently a desirable and necessary process to achieve individual, family and social well-being in a given community. In this case, it is about the innate nature whose guideline contemplates the opportunity for women to have a voice and a vote in a society with few job opportunities. The objective was to analyze the empowerment of women in the tourist development of the Puerto López canton. In this context, the research focused on designing inclusion strategies that allow women to empower themselves as active agents in the tourism development of the aforementioned site. For this, a mixed-type methodology was used where inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, descriptive, historical and statistical methods were used, as techniques surveys, interviews and direct observation were used. At the end, it was proposed to make a Proposal focused on developing an action plan for the tourism sector of the canton that influences the strengthening of the empowerment of women at the labor and salary levels. |
