| Resumen : | El propósito del presente trabajo es realizar la implementación de un plan de contingencia de tecnologías de la información para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de San Vicente, con la finalidad de reunir un conjunto de procedimientos alternos para facilitar el normal funcionamiento de las tecnologías de información y de comunicaciones en la institución pública, por ende algunos de sus servicios se han afectado negativamente por causa de algún incidente interno o externo en los archivos o material importante del Hardware, que se dan por irregularidades como los siniestro ocasionales o naturales. Este proyecto está elaborado de la siguiente manera, como primer punto se define la formulación del problema de la investigación así mismo se planteó los objetivo general y específicos Para el desarrollo se utilizó métodos deductivo, analítico, estadístico y bibliográfico, la técnica utilizada para recolectar información fue la encuesta dirigida a los trabajadores, para determinar la factibilidad del proyecto se utilizó los esquemas del GAD municipal de igual manera se realizó las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones determinando que el proyecto es factible ya que beneficia al municipio de San Vicente al mostrar información mediante los dispositivos que usan una tecnología innovadora y eficiente. Para desarrollar este plan de contingencia de información se utilizó las metodologías de las normas ISO para determinar el funcionamiento del mismo el cual será fluido y sin problemas. |
| Descripción : | The purpose of this work is to carry out the implementation of an information technology contingency plan for the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of San Vicente, in order to gather a set of alternative procedures to facilitate the normal operation of information technology and of communications in the public institution, therefore some of its services have been negatively affected due to some internal or external incident in the files or important material of the Hardware, which are due to irregularities such as occasional or natural disasters. This project is elaborated in the following way, as a first point, the formulation of the research problem is defined, as well as the general and specific objectives. For the development, deductive, analytical, statistical and bibliographical methods were used, the technique used to collect information was the survey directed to the workers, to determine the feasibility of the project, the municipal GAD schemes were used in the same way, the respective conclusions were made and recommendations determining that the project is feasible since it benefits the municipality of San Vicente by displaying information through devices that use innovative and efficient technology. To develop this information contingency plan, the methodologies of the ISO standards were used to determine its operation, which will be fluid and without problems. |
