| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo implementar una aplicación web para la Gestión de Procesos Administrativos en la Cooperativa de Servicios Turísticos Paraíso Escondido Coopserlimpa que ayudará a los miembros de la Cooperativa a tener una mayor facilidad a la hora de gestionar los datos, poder registrar productos, saber el stock de los productos que se ofrecen y poder automatizar de manera significativa todos estos procesos dentro de la Cooperativa. Para el desarrollo de la aplicación web se utilizó el entorno de desarrollo Sublime Text, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap y JavaScript. También se utilizó PHP para programar la conexión entre el servidor y la interfaz de usuario, así como la base de datos SQL y el gestor de base de datos PhpMyAdmin. Los enfoques científicos utilizados en este estudio incluyeron enfoques teóricos como el enfoque deductivo, inductivo y el enfoque analítico. Se utilizaron numerosas técnicas y herramientas, entre ellas, la entrevista y encuestas dirigidas al Gerente de la Cooperativa de Servicios Turísticos Paraíso Escondido Coopserlimpa, la secretaria, miembros y socios activos de la misma. Este proyecto concluye con la propuesta de atender la necesidad identificada por la Cooperativa de Servicios Turísticos Paraíso Escondido Coopserlimpa mediante la implementación de una aplicación web que permitirá mejorar el registro y control de productos, así como contribuir a la automatización de procesos administrativos de la Cooperativa. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this project is to implement a web application for the Management of Administrative Processes in the “Paraíso Escondido Coopserlimpa” Tourist Services Cooperative. This web application will assist the cooperative’s members in having a simpler way to manage data, register products, know the stock of the products offered, and significantly automate all these processes within the cooperative. The web application was created using the Sublime Text programming environment, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. PHP was also used to program the connection between the server and the user interface, as well as the SQL database and the PhpMyAdmin database manager. Theoretical approaches including the deductive, inductive, and analytical approaches were among the scientific methods used in this study. The manager, secretary, members, and active partners of the “Paraíso Escondido Coopserlimpa” tourism services cooperative were all targeted for interviews and surveys. In conclusion, it is suggested to implement a web application to improve the produts registration and control, as well as contribute to the automation of the cooperative’s administrative processes, in order to address the need identified in the company. |
