| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de titulación cuyo objetivo primordial es implementar un sistema para gestionar procesos, automatizando y digitalizando formatos en línea de: aceptación de pasantías, promedio general, certificados de graduados, comportamiento, asistencia, calificaciones obtenidas, y aceptación de proyectos de titulación, también cuenta con una sección donde se guardan escaneados de libros y carpetas de calificaciones de promociones anteriores, las que estarán guardados de forma ordenadas ya sea por especialidad, y año lectivo de rectorado y secretaria de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Quince de Octubre, se efectuó bajo unas series de técnicas y métodos de entre ellos: histórico lógico (para conocer los antecedentes); análisis síntesis (permite realizar el análisis del objeto de estudio); cualitativo (ayudó a respaldar la investigación, de forma específica en el análisis de los resultados); método inductivo deductivo (aplicado para el desarrollo del marco teórico) y método bibliográfico (para la sustentación de la información). Para la recolección de información se aplicó una técnica de campo, en este caso la entrevista para conocer las falencias que existían en el rectorado y secretaria, pudiendo así evidenciar que no cuenta con un sistema que permita gestionar y responder a los problemas de los estudiantes o padres de familia, de manera eficiente. Los trámites se realizan manualmente guardándose en carpetas o folder los cuales tienden a deteriorarse por la humedad de modo que se pierde información, o cuando realizan traslado de documentación de una oficina a otra pueden a dañarse por exceso de fuerza u otros factores, es por ellos que requerían una mejor administración. Por lo que se planteó y desarrollo un sistema automatizado, donde se contó con la participación de rectorado y secretaria de la Unidad Educativa Quince de Octubre, donde indicaron que si tienen falencias en la obtención de datos de los estudiantes como los promedios general, certificados de graduados, comportamiento, asistencia, calificaciones obtenida, inclusive existía perdida de promociones anteriores. Y es por ello que se automatizo para que de esta manera se administre mucho más ágil, ya que generalmente tenían pérdidas de documentos por eso fue favorable que se contara con un programa donde todo se encuentre mucho más rápido. Gracias a este proyecto se benefició una de las instituciones educativas más importantes del cantón Jipijapa, que por la cantidad de alumnos con los que cuentan es fundamental que sus procesos de registro de los estudiantes se lleven de manera ágil, y en una plataforma virtual segura y eficiente. |

For the collection of information, a field technique was applied, in this case the interview to know the shortcomings that existed in the rectorate and secretary, thus being able to show that it does not have a system that allows managing and responding to the problems of the students or parents efficiently. The procedures are carried out manually, being kept in folders or folders which tend to deteriorate due to humidity so that information is lost, or when they transfer documentation from one office to another, they can be damaged due to excessive force or other factors, it is because of them that required better management. Therefore, an automated system was proposed and developed, where the rector's office and secretary of the Educational Unit Quince de Octubre participated, where they indicated that if they have shortcomings in obtaining data from students such as general averages, certificates of graduates, behavior, attendance, grades obtained, including loss of previous promotions. And that is why it was automated so that in this way it is managed much more agile, since they generally had document losses, that is why it was favorable that they had a program where everything was found much faster. Thanks to this project, one of the most important educational institutions in the Jipijapa canton benefited, which due to the number of students they have, it is essential that their student registration processes be carried out in an agile manner, and on a safe and secure virtual platform. efficient. |
