The survey technique was used in the research, which allowed us to see the percentage of interest in automating this process. This helped to understand the great need that the institution had to provide a solution not only to the students of the driving school but also to the teachers and administrative staff for the automation of the processes. For the design and development of the software, the SCRUM methodology was used, where through the product backlog of each of the requirements it was possible to meet all the demands of the institution, in addition to satisfying all the necessary functionalities to have an integral academic system. In the case of the implementation of the computer system, the following modules were delivered: Users, Profile, Enrollment, Subjects, Courses, Periods, Homework, Evaluations, Forums, Virtual Classroom and Grade Reports, which are implemented in a web server. for easy access by users from any computer with internet. The contribution of this research project shows us that it is necessary to design and develop the web application, which is managed automatically, on the processes carried out in the institution, to have a better performance of the information when needed.
