| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado como auditoria administrativa y su incidencia en el comportamiento organizacional en la Escuela de Educación Básica Once de Septiembre, se define que el principal problema de la investigación es la ineficiencia administrativa la que origina ineficiencia en el logro de los objetivos propuesto de la institución en el comportamiento organizacional. De tal manera se analizó la situación actual del comportamiento organizacional de la escuela de educación básica Once de Septiembre del cantón Jipijapa. Además, se determinó el nivel de cumplimiento organizacional mediante el estudio del reglamento general y la Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural (LOEI) en la escuela de educación Once de Septiembre del cantón Jipijapa y se evaluó mediante la auditoría administrativa el comportamiento organizacional en la escuela de educación Once de Septiembre del cantón Jipijapa, dentro de la misma se considera el desarrollo del marco conceptual, marco teórico y marco referencial de la investigación para un mejor comportamiento de las variables. En cuanto a la metodología se utilizó métodos descriptivos, de campo y estadístico, así como técnicas tales como las encuestas realizadas a los empleados y docentes del plantel, como las hipótesis mediante la aplicación de una auditoria administrativa se pudo medir el nivel de cumplimiento de la gestión administrativa y para poder tomar medidas oportunas de acuerdo a las conclusiones y recomendaciones para el buen desarrollo de calidad de la Escuela de Educación Básica Once de Septiembre de la ciudad de Jipijapa. |
