| Descripción : | The applicability of the LEED - Home certification systems is of primary importance in this research, which is applied to a sustainable social interest housing proposed by Mr. Cesar Macias Delgado this year. In this research document, nine (9) chapters are shown, breaking down and validating each of the proposed objectives, starting by establishing the bases for a LEED accreditation of sustainable housing of social interest, then each of the categories with their respective maximum credits that can be obtained through the evaluation to be carried out, with a maximum total score of 110 points that can be obtained. The sustainable housing proposal made by the aforementioned author is analyzed, as the author of the proposal qualifies himself with total credits of 45 points, achieving a level of CERTIFICATION accreditation, which is the basis for complying with a LEED accreditation. The results obtained from the qualification given to the proposal for sustainable housing of social interest are evaluated and analyzed, which receives total credits of 55 points, thus granting it a level of SILVER accreditation, being a level higher than the Self-qualification of the author of the proposal. |
