| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el diseño de una vivienda sustentable a base madera y su corteza como materia prima de construcción aplicada vivienda para la población de Tulcán en especial para los estratos socio económicos medios y bajos. Con relación a lo anterior, unas mayores preocupaciones a nivel mundial es la afectación del medio ambiente, la falta de concientización y amor hacia la naturaleza lo que ha provocado un desgaste ambiental físico-biótico y social que se traduce en la pérdida del potencial natural. Una de sus principales causas es la alta contaminación producida por la explotación de los recursos naturales no renovables que se emplean en el ámbito constructivo lo que también ocasionan un alto costo de los materiales de construccion por lo que la adquisición de una vivienda digna resulta cada vez más inalcanzable para la comunidad de estratos económicos medios y bajos. De esta manera nace la iniciativa por la búsqueda de un material alternativo que mitigue estas percusiones ambientales y llegue a satisfacer las necesidades habitaciones Para ello, se emplea una metodología mixta, ya que inicialmente desde la observación científica y experiencia propia empieza la búsqueda por conocer la viabilidad de la madera y su corteza en la construcción, teniendo presente las condiciones del material y del hábitat para la cual se gesta el proyecto; desde lo teórico se fundamenta la perspectiva de análisis de la madera con respecto a otros materiales y lo histórico-lógico respecto a los estudios, factores y trayectorias de la madera, dando cuenta de la importancia de su utilización, así también, lo encontrado en otras publicaciones como libros, tesis, artículos y demás, que hacen mención al tema a investigar llegando a concluir que la madera y corteza es una alternativa viabilidad en aspecto ambientas, técnicos y financieros como lo demuestra esta investigación. |
| Descripción : | The purpose of this research is to design a sustainable housing based on wood and its bark as raw material for the construction of housing for the population of Tulcan, especially for the middle and low socioeconomic strata. In relation to the above, a major concern worldwide is the affectation of the environment, the lack of awareness and love towards nature, which has caused a physical-biotic and social environmental wear that translates into the loss of natural potential. One of its main causes is the high pollution produced by the exploitation of non-renewable natural resources used in the construction field, which also causes a high cost of construction materials, making the acquisition of a decent home increasingly unaffordable for the community of middle and low economic strata. Thus, the initiative was born in the search for an alternative material that mitigates these environmental impacts and meets the housing needs of the citizens. For this, a mixed methodology is used, since initially from the observation and own experience begins the search to know the viability of wood and its bark in the construction, bearing in mind the conditions of the material and the habitat for which the project is conceived; from the theoretical point of view, the perspective of analysis of wood with respect to other materials and the historical-logical with respect to the studies, factors and trajectories of wood as a resource and means of construction is based, giving account of the importance of its use, as well as what is found in other publications such as books, theses, articles and others, that make mention to the subject to investigate, concluding that wood and bark is a viable alternative in environmental, technical and financial aspects as this research demonstrate. |
