| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el desarrollo e implementación de un Sistema Web para el área de Bienestar Estudiantil de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, con el fin de mejorar los procesos de almacenamiento y administración de citas médicas generadas a diario en esta unidad. Este proyecto se realizó en base a la notable problemática que se presenta al momento en el que un estudiante desea ser atendido médicamente, por algún profesional de la salud. Como respaldo de este trabajo se encuentra el marco teórico donde se especifican las ventajas de los sistemas informáticos y las tecnologías utilizadas en el desarrollo del sistema, para realizar el marco teórico fueron utilizados diferentes métodos, como el método bibliográfico el método analítico y el método de campo, los cuales fueron vitales para obtener datos de carácter específico y estrechamente relacionados a la investigación. Además, se utilizaron diferentes técnicas como entrevistas a la coordinadora de Bienestar Estudiantil donde en donde se pudo conocer las necesidades y los servicios que se brindan en el área y se aplicaron 100 encuestas a diferentes estudiantes tomados al azar con el fin de recopilar información relacionada al desarrollo de este proyecto. Finalmente se presenta la propuesta con la que se logra la innovación y automatización de los procesos administrativos de citas en departamento médico de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, mejorando la calidad del servicio prestado a la comunidad universitaria y conjuntamente beneficiando a los profesionales de la salud. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this research is to develop and implement a web-based information system for the students' wellbeing area of the Estatal del Sur de Manabí University in order to improve the storage and administration processes on medical appointments generated in this area daily, this project is carried out due to notable problems when students need to be treated by a health professional. The framework is to support this project where the advantages of computer system and technologies that were used in the development of the system are specified, in the framework several methods were used such as bibliographic method, analytical method and qualitative method which were vital to obtain specific dates and just related to the research. In addition, different Techniques were used such as interview with the students' wellbeing area coordinator, where it was able to know about the needs and services that are given for students, 150 surveys were applied on students that were chosen randomly in order to collect information related to the development of this project. Finally, the proposal is introduced achieving innovation and automation for the administrative processes of appointments in the medical department of the Estatal del Sur de Manabí University, improving the quality of the service given to the university community and at the same time benefiting the healthcare professional. |
