| Resumen : | El comercial Yaris Zambrano del cantón Montecristi ofrece a la población en general una determinada variedad de productos a precios muy cómodos en este caso el clima organizacional es un factor clave para que los empleados tengan un mejor desempeño en cada una de sus tareas asignadas permitiendo que la empresa pueda alcanzar los objetivos planteados en un periodo de tiempo corto. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia del clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los empleados del comercial Yaris Zambrano del cantón Montecristi debido a ciertas limitaciones: en cuanto al ambiente de trabajo, mala comunicación, poca motivación etc. Lo que implica que los empleados tengan un bajo compromiso y no se sientan cómodos en su lugar de trabajo. Correspondió a una investigación descriptiva con un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo apoyado en los métodos: inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético, documental y estadístico, con la aplicación de una entrevista al dueño y encuestas a los 18 empleados que laboran en el comercial. Los resultados determinaron que el negocio presenta falencias en cuanto al clima organizacional lo que provoca que no sea adecuado para el trabajo diario de los empleados, no tengan confianza y tengan menor involucramiento con la empresa. Se recomienda que el dueño del comercial Yaris Zambrano del cantón Montecristi tiene que optar por un clima de trabajo agradable para sus empleados orientándolos en todo momento para estimular su compromiso e involucramiento y así los empleados pondrán ese empeño que día a día necesita el comercial para ser exitoso. |
| Descripción : | The commercial Yaris Zambrano of Montecristi canton offers to the general population a certain variety of products at very comfortable prices in this case the organizational climate is a key factor for employees to have a better performance in each of their assigned tasks allowing the company to achieve the objectives set in a short period of time. This research aims to determine the impact of organizational climate and job performance of employees of the commercial Yaris Zambrano of Montecristi canton due to certain limitations: in terms of the work environment, poor communication, low motivation etc. This implies that employees have a low commitment and do not feel comfortable in their workplace. It corresponded to a descriptive research with a qualitative and quantitative approach supported by the following methods: inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, documentary and statistical, with the application of an interview to the owner and surveys to the 18 employees working in the store. The results determined that the business has shortcomings in terms of organizational climate, which makes it unsuitable for the daily work of the employees, they do not have confidence and have less involvement with the company. It is recommended that the owner of the commercial Yaris Zambrano of Montecristi canton has to opt for a pleasant working environment for its employees by guiding them at all times to encourage their commitment and involvement and thus employees will put that commitment that the commercial needs every day to be successful. |
