| Resumen : | La presente investigación está diseñada para realizar un estudio de factibilidad y diseño lógico de seguridad perimetral mediante video vigilancia en los GAD Parroquiales del Cantón Jipijapa, efectuándose el caso de estudio en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Puerto Cayo. Perteneciente a la ciudad de Jipijapa. La idea surge con la necesidad del monitoreo en tiempo real de las instalaciones evitando a los trabajadores, bienes, usuarios y sus pertenencias a riesgos innecesarios. Con las evidencias obtenidas que en el Ecuador se puede diseñar y desarrollar este tipo de sistemas, este proyecto propone como complemento, la implementación de una de las tecnología móvil que cumpla con las funciones de monitoreo en la edificación. Para mantener la seguridad y vigilancia, asimismo para conservar los bienes y el personal de la Institución en horarios no laborables y las zonas restringidas. Se basó en un diagnóstico previo, siendo esto una actualización a las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas y digitales que cada día son más necesarias dentro de cualquier institución pública o privada, facilitando y optimizando los niveles de seguridad del GAD Parroquial. |
| Descripción : | This research is designed to carry out a feasibility study and logical design of perimeter security using video surveillance in the Parish GADs of the Canton Jipijapa, carrying out the case study in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Puerto Cayo. Belonging to the city of Jipijapa. The idea arises with the need for real-time monitoring of facilities, avoiding unnecessary risks to workers, goods, users and their belongings. With the evidence obtained that this type of system can be designed and developed in Ecuador, this project proposes, as a complement, the implementation of one of the mobile technologies that fulfills the monitoring functions in the building. To maintain security and vigilance, to protect the Institution's assets and personnel during non-working hours and restricted areas. It was based on a previous diagnosis, this being an update to the new technological and digital tools that are increasingly necessary within any public or private institution, facilitating and optimizing the security levels of the Parish GAD. |
