| Resumen : | Analizada la situación actual del Cantón Santa Ana en lo referente a gastronomía, con la finalidad de desarrollar la tesis de grado, se escogió como tema de investigación “DIAGNÓSTICO DE LAS MANIFESTACIONES CULTURALES PARA EL DISEÑO DE LA GUÍA DE COMIDAS Y BEBIDAS TÍPICAS DEL CANTÓN SANTA ANA, AÑO 2010”.La población de diseño que en el caso de esta investigación se convirtió en la muestra, la constituyeron los 352 visitantes del sitio.Se utilizaron los métodos hermenéutico, inductivo, estadístico. La recolección de información referente cada plato típico del cantón Santa Ana se lo realizó por medio de las fichas para inventario de atractivos turísticos, para conocer cuál es el plato o bebida favorito y el grado de aceptación de los visitantes sobre la guía de platos y bebidas típicas se lo realizó por medio de la encuesta. Los resultados indicaron que, las personas que visitan el cantón Santa Ana no poseen el total conocimiento de todas las comidas y bebidas típicas y por ende estuvieron de acuerdo en que se elabore la Guía de comidas y bebidas típicas de este Cantón de la Provincia de Manabí |
| Descripción : | Analyzed the current situation of the Canton Santa Ana in what concerns gastronomy, with the purpose of developing the thesis of degree, was chosen as topic of investigation “DIAGNOSIS OF THE CULTURAL MANIFESTATIONS FOR THE DESIGN OF THE GUIDE OF EATEN AND TYPICAL DRINKS OF THE CANTON SANTA ANA, YEAR 2010 ". The population of design who in case of this investigation turned into the sample, 352 visitors of the site constituted it. The methods were in use hermeneutically, inductively, statistically. The compilation of relating information every local dish of the canton Santa Ana carried out it by means of the cards for inventory of tourist attractions, to know which is the plate or drink favorite and the degree of acceptance of the visitors on the guide of plates and typical drinks realized it by means of the survey. The results indicated that, the persons who visit the canton Holy Ana do not possess the total knowledge of all the eaten ones and typical drinks and for this reason agreed in that the Guide is elaborated of show restraint and typical drinks of this Canton of Manabí's Province. |
