| Resumen : | Analizada la situación actual en la que se encuentran los establecimientos de alojamientos del Cantón Jipijapa, con la finalidad de efectuar la Tesis de Grado, se escogió como tema de investigación “LA CALIDAD DE LOS SERVICIOS DE ALOJAMIENTO EN LOS HOSTALES Y PENSIONES COMO APORTE AL DESARROLLO TURÍSTICO DEL CANTÓN JIPIJAPA, AÑO 2011” Desarrollado los objetivos de la investigación y planteadas las hipótesis, mismas que se comprobaron, sirvieron como guía para tratar temas como: Mejoramiento de la calidad de servicios que brindan los establecimientos hoteleros, en referencia a perfeccionar sus instalaciones y equipamientos, y tener una atención eficiente. La población que se consideró para realizar esta investigación, fueron los dueños y el personal que labora en los mismos, específicamente se trabajó con 7 hostales y pensiones. Para recabar información sobre la calidad de los servicios de alojamientos hoteleros, se aplicó la técnica de encuesta y de observación que permitieron conocer sobre su infraestructura y la vez sobre sus instalaciones, equipamientos, atención al cliente y tambien sobre los requisitos técnicos mínimos expedidos por el MINTUR; los resultados obtenidos mostraron que los establecimientos si presentan deficiencias en la calidad de los servicios que ofrecen. Se planteó la siguiente propuesta de “AMPLIACIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CALIDAD DE LOS SERVICIOS DE ALOJAMIENTO EN LOS HOSTALES Y PENSIONES COMO APORTE AL DESARROLLO TURÍSTICO DEL CANTÓN JIPIJAPA, plasmada en el Marco Lógico, en el Cronograma de Trabajo y en el Presupuesto. |

The population considered for this investigation were the owners and staff working in them, specifically worked with 7 housing and pensions. To obtain information on the service quality of hotel accommodation, we applied the technique to survey and observation allowed to know about their time on infrastructure and facilities, equipment, customer service and also on the minimum technical requirements is sued by the MINTUR, the results obtained showed that the establishments if deficiency is in the quality of services they offer. He raised the following proposed "ENLARGEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF SERVICES IN THE GUEST ACCOMMODATION AND PENSION CONTRIBUTION TO TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AS THE CANTON JIPIJAPA, embodied in the logical framework, in the Schedule of Work and Budget. |
