| dc.description | The present research project shows the main objective of carrying out the feasibility study of a video surveillance system through security cameras for control and monitoring in the student welfare unit of the State University of South Manabí, believes that this system will provide greater security to the assets of the unit and administrative staff. The technological equipment of a video surveillance system is analyzed for proper operation, which will allow the entire area of the student welfare unit to be monitored. Therefore, the implementation of this video surveillance system is completely feasible. The methodology that was used in this research project was qualitative and quantitative, since surveys were conducted to the administrative staff and the interview to the coordinator of the student welfare unit. In addition, deductive, analysis and bibliographic methods were used in the research project. Once the feasibility study is completed, a video surveillance system is developed, through stages and phases, which allows the security cameras to be located at strategic and viable points in order to execute the correct implementation. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación muestra como objetivo principal, realizar el estudio de factibilidad de un sistema de video vigilancia a través de cámaras de seguridad para el control y monitoreo en la unidad de bienestar estudiantil de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, mediante este sistema se brindará una mayor seguridad a los bienes de la unidad y del personal administrativo. Se analizan los equipos tecnológicos de un sistema de video vigilancia para el correcto funcionamiento, el mismo que permitirá mantener monitoreado el área de la unidad de bienestar estudiantil. Por lo que es completamente factible la implementación de este sistema de video vigilancia. La metodología que se utilizó en este proyecto de investigación fue cualitativa y cuantitativa, ya que se realizaron encuestas al personal administrativo y la entrevista al coordinador de la unidad de bienestar estudiantil. Además se utilizaron métodos deductivo, de análisis y bibliográfico en el proyecto investigativo. Una vez concluido el estudio de factibilidad se procede al diseño de un sistema de video vigilancia, desarrollado mediante etapas y fases, que permitirá ubicar las cámaras de seguridad en puntos estratégicos y viables para poder ejecutar la correcta implementación. | es_ES |
