| Resumen : | El presente trabajo surge de la necesidad de dar a conocer la importancia de las normativas vigentes mediante la evaluación de control interno al desempeño administrativo de la institución, para de otra manera brindar solución a los problemas que existan en la Dirección Municipal de Tránsito, Transporte Terrestre y Seguridad Vial del cantón 24 de Mayo, por lo que el incumplimiento de las normativas hacen que el desempeño de las actividades que están inmersas a la administración puedan tener riesgos y estos hacen que disminuyan el nivel óptimo de confianza. El objetivo del trabajo propuesto es evaluar el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes en el desempeño administrativo, con este estudio se mejorará el servicio brindado al usuario y se conocerá el estado y funcionamiento actual de la entidad. Los resultados de esta investigación darán alternativas de mejora y aplicación, dichos resultados servirán de sugerencias para dar solución a la problemática, planteando una propuesta para la entidad que es objeto de estudio. |
| Descripción : | This work arises from the need to make known the importance of existing regulations through the evaluation of internal control to the administrative performance of the institution, in order to otherwise provide solutions to the problems that exist in the Directorate Municipal Transit, Land Transport and Road Safety May 24 Canton, so non-compliance with regulations make the performance of activities that are immersed in the administration have risks and these cause them to decrease the level optimal confidence. The objective of the proposed work is to evaluate compliance with the regulations in force in the administrative performance, with this study will improve the service provided to the user and will know the current status and functioning of the entity. The results of this research will provide alternatives for improvement and implementation, these results will serve as suggestions to solve the problem, posing a proposal for the entity that is object of study. |
