| dc.description | This research work appear as a result of the telluric movemet in April asknowas 16 A that the city of Portoviejo suffered three years ago, proposing as its theme “Financial evaluation and its impact on the development of the businesses of the autonomous merchants of Alajuela, Portoviejo city”, which has the purpose of knowing the current financing and how it has influenced commercial development. It aimed to analyze the current financing situation in the businesses of the merchants and how they are in the physically located facilities. The methodology applied is the descriptive, because it was used to describe and analyze the current situation of the merchants and know what prevents commercial development, also relied on the analytical method allowed to interpret statistical tables, and finally the bibliographic method allowed to collect necessary information in the one that sustains the scientific investigation. The techniques used were the interview and the survey as a way of gathering information regarding merchants. It concludes with a training proposal on financing and accounting registration issues and marketing strategies for commercial strengthening. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo investigativo nace a raíz del movimiento telúrico 16 de abril más conocido como 16 A que sufrió la ciudad de Portoviejo hace tres años, proponiendo como tema “Evaluación financiera y su incidencia en el desarrollo de los negocios de los comerciantes autónomos Alajuela, ciudad de Portoviejo”, el cual tiene la finalidad de conocer el financiamiento actual y como ha incidido en el desarrollo comercial. Tuvo como objetivo analizar la situación actual de financiamiento en los negocios de los comerciantes y como se encuentran en las instalaciones ubicados físicamente. La metodología aplicada es la descriptiva porque se utilizó para describir y analizar la situación actual de los comerciantes y conocer que le impide al desarrollo comercial, además se apoyó en el método analítico permitió interpretar cuadros estadísticos, y finalmente el método bibliográfico permitió recopilar información necesaria en la que se sustenta la investigación científica. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista y la encuesta como forma de recopilación de información referente a los comerciantes. Se concluye con una propuesta de capacitación en temas de financiamiento y registro contable y estrategias de comercialización para el fortalecimiento comercial. | es_ES |
