| Resumen : | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, analizar los factores productivos para la implementación de fincas integrales autosuficientes y su aporte al desarrollo socio económico de los habitantes de la comunidad “El Rosario”, parroquia Noboa, cantón 24 de Mayo. Los resultados más relevantes que se obtuvieron en la presente investigación fueron los siguientes: Se identificaron los recursos naturales existentes en la zona y de qué manera son aprovechados. Mediante el planteamiento de varias preguntas de la encuesta realizada a la comunidad El Rosario de la parroquia Noboa, en la que se pudo comprobar que cuentan con recursos naturales que no están siendo eficientemente aprovechados principalmente suelo y agua que están disponibles todo el año. Se comprobó que la comunidad tiene que solicitar créditos a entidades financieras para poder adquirir los insumos y tecnología eficiente en la actividad agropecuaria y en los conocimientos de innovación tecnológica carecen de capacitación de instituciones gubernamentales y ONGS. Mediante las preguntas realizadas a la comunidad en las que se reflejo las necesidades por la que atraviesan sus habitantes en lo relacionado al acceso a los servicios básicos y bajos ingresos económicos generados por la actividad agropecuaria. Para alcanzar los objetivos de la investigación, se utilizaron los métodos deductivo, inductivo, analítico, estadístico, además las técnicas que se aplicaron fueron: observación, bibliografía y encuestas. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, se pudo verificar y comprobar las hipótesis, teniendo los resultados logrados de la investigación y llegando a las conclusiones finales. En base a este análisis se realizo una propuesta dominada Estudio técnico y económico para el establecimiento de una Finca Integral Autosufiente a fin de obtener una producción diversificada, sostenible y sustentable en la comunidad el Rosario Por todo esto es fundamental primero la preparación del Recurso Humano para que se desarrolle en lo personal, en equipos de trabajo; para después dar paso, a la organización microempresarial, ya que son estos dos aspectos, los ejes principales de la propuesta presentada. |
