| dc.description | The objective of this thesis was to determine the physiological response at the digestive level, evaluate the development of the gastrointestinal tract (TGI), compare the weight differences of the accessory organs, estimate the length of the organs, check the amount of hemoglobin and hematocrit present the bloodstream of Cobb 500 broilers, male, fed with Sacha inchi cake (Plukenetia volubilis L) as an alternative source with inclusion levels of T1 0%, T2 10%, T3 20% and T4 30% up on day 42. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de tesis tuvo como objetivos: determinar la respuesta fisiológica a nivel digestivo, evaluar el desarrollo del tracto gastro intestinal (TGI), comparar las diferencias de peso de los órganos accesorios, estimar la longitud de los órganos y comprobar la cantidad de hemoglobina y hematocrito presente el torrente sanguíneo de los pollos de engorde Cobb 500, machos, alimentados con torta de Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L) como fuente alternativa con niveles de inclusión de T1 0%, T2 10%, T3 20% y T4 30% hasta el día 42.
