| Resumen : | En la comuna Sancánperteneciente al cantón Jipijapa se planteó un polideportivo en beneficio de sus habitantescon unárea de 8833,23 m2de construcción, el sitio donde va estarubicado el proyecto es al Sureste de la comuna con una forma fácil de accesibilidad, el trabajo se compone de tres partes fundamentales para averiguar si el estudio es factible. La primera parte se procedió a la investigación sobre la necesidad de un espacio de recreación por medio de la entrevista se dio a conocer varios puntos importante en la elaboración de este trabajo. La segunda parte comprende el levantamiento topográfico del lote donde va a estar ubicado el proyecto con su respectivo diseño y adecuaciones que consta de dos canchas de básquet e indor con sus respectivas escalinatas, una cancha para boli, zona de recreación para niños, un escenarios para eventos y un parqueadero. Como última parte la elaboración de unpresupuesto referencial será de importancia en laejecución delproyecto con su respectivo cronograma de actividades |
| Descripción : | n the Sancáncommune of Jipijapa, a sports center was proposed for the benefit of its inhabitants with an area of 8833,23m2 of construction, the site wherethe project will be located is to the Southeast of the commune with an easy form of accessibility, the work is Consists of three fundamental parts to find out if the study is feasible. The first part was proceeded to research on the need for a recreation space by means of the interview was released several important points in the preparation of this work. The second part includes the topographic survey of the lot where the project will be located with its respective design and adaptations consisting of twobasketball courts and indor with their respective stairs, a ball court, a recreation area for children, a scenarios for Events and a parking. As last part, the preparation of a reference budget will be of importance in the execution of the project with its respective schedule of activities. |
