| Resumen : | La presente investigación se fundamenta en conocer como la educación continua en la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí aporta al fortalecimiento organizacional de las microempresas del cantón Jipijapa, así mismo se identifica la importancia que tiene en el crecimiento institucional de estas; analizando cuales son las competencias profesionales que necesitan para el fortalecimiento organizacional, y dar a conocer los beneficios que determinan la educación continua para el desarrollo sostenible de las microempresas del cantón en mención; por medio de los métodos: inductivo, analítico y deductivo, que apoyado en técnicas de recolección de información tales como: encuesta la que fue dirigida a los administradores de las microempresas situadas en el cantón Jipijapa, y entrevista al coordinador del Departamento de Educación Continua de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, permitiendo conocer el fortalecimiento organizacional de las microempresas del cantón jipijapa en base a los conocimientos adquiridos. Proporcionando una propuesta basado en programas de formación profesional para el fortalecimiento organizacional dirigido a las microempresas del cantón Jipijapa. |
| Descripción : | This research is based on known as continuing education at the State University of the South of Manabi contributes to the organizational strengthening of micro-enterprises of the Jipijapa canton, also identifies the importance that has in the institutional growth analyzing which are the professional skills they need for organizational strengthening, and publicize the benefits that determine the continuing education for the sustainable development of micro-enterprises of the canton in mention; by means of the methods: inductive, analytical and deductive, that supported in data collection techniques such as: survey which was addressed to administrators located in canton Jipijapa microenterprises, and interview with the Coordinator of the Department of education continuous of the University State of the South of Manabi, allowing to know the organizational strengthening of micro-enterprises of the canton jipijapa based on the knowledge acquired. Providing a proposal based on vocational training programs for organizational strengthening aimed at micro-enterprises of the Jipijapa canton. |
