| Resumen : | La educación continua permitió adquirir nuevos conocimientos, destrezas y habilidades, obtenidos mediante charlas, conferencias, talleres cursos o capacitaciones. La sociedad al estar expuesta a grandes cambios ve en la Educación continua un salvavidas, es decir, permitió al estudiante, profesional o comunidad auto educarse para fortalecer su capacidad competitiva, su mejoras económicas o ganar un reconocimiento laboral, en el escenario en el que se encuentre, es así que el objetivo de estudio es determinar de qué manera el Centro de Capacitación de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí impacta en el Desarrollo Local del cantón Puerto López, es una investigación de importancia porque al existir un vínculo entre la Universidad y la sociedad se logra la transferencia de conocimientos para generar impactos positivos. El desarrollo de esta investigación se apoyó en los métodos inductivo, deductivo, estadístico, bibliográfico; para la recolección de información se utilizó técnicas como: observación, encuesta y entrevista, teniendo como resultado que el Programa de Capacitación sirve para promover actualización de conocimientos, determinando conclusiones y recomendaciones para así elaborar una propuesta la cual consiste en lo siguiente: “Estrategias para fomentar la participación de los habitantes del cantón Puerto López en la articulación de los eventos de capacitación del área de educación continua y CECADEL”. |
| Descripción : | Continuing education allowed to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities, obtained through lectures, conferences, workshops or training courses. Society, being exposed to major changes, sees life-saving education as a lifeline, that is, it allowed the student, professional or community to self-educate to strengthen their competitive capacity, their economic improvements or to gain recognition at work, in the scenario in which they find, so the objective of the study is to determine how the Training Center of the Southern State University of Manabí impacts on the Local Development of the canton of Puerto López, it is an important research because there is a link between the University and The society is achieved the transfer of knowledge to generate positive impacts. The development of this research was based on the inductive, deductive, statistical, and bibliographic methods; For the collection of information, techniques were used such as: observation, survey and interview, resulting in the Training Program serving to promote knowledge updating, determining conclusions and recommendations in order to elaborate a proposal which consists of the following: "Strategies for encourage the participation of the inhabitants of the canton of Puerto López in the articulation of training events in the area of continuing education and CECADEL ". |
