| Resumen : | La realización de la evaluación a la Dirección del Distrito 13D03 Jipijapa-Puerto López en el Área de Laboratorio del “Centro de salud Jipijapa”, que Consiste en la protección de las personas y de los bienes de incidentes episódicos catastróficos que pueden producirse como resultado de variaciones sobre los previsto en las condiciones del proceso, no planificadas o inesperadas y al cumplimiento de políticas o normativa que rige el centro de salud, esto a través de indicadores de gestión que ayudarán a determinar la identificación, evaluación y control de riesgos y peligros que existen para los trabajadores de dicha área. Para la ejecución del presente proyecto de investigación se apoyó en métodos de investigación como el deductivo, inductivo y analítico, así como técnicas de encuesta y entrevista que ayudaron a determinar los problemas del área de laboratorio del centro de salud. La auditoría de Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional fue aplicada siguiendo el INSTRUCTIVO DE APLICACION DEL REGLAMENTO PARA EL SISTEMA DE AUDITORIA DE RIESGOS DEL TRABAJO – SART, del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS), y La NORMA OHSAS 18001 CONTROL OPERACIONAL, para lo cual se realizó una planificación preliminar, un programa de auditoría, para luego aplicar el programa y finalmente emitimos el informe respectivo que se presentó al Jefe del Laboratorio Clínico, en donde se detalla los hallazgos encontrados la conclusiones y recomendaciones válidas, razonables y oportunas que ayuden al mejoramiento del área de laboratorio del centro de salud. |
| Descripción : | The evaluation of the Jipijapa-Puerto López 13D03 District Direction in the Laboratory Area of the "Jipijapa Health Center", which consists of the protection of persons and pro perty from catastrophic episodic incidents that may occur as a result of variations Over planned or unplanned or unexpected conditions of the processes and compliance with p olicies or regulations that govern the health center, this through management indicators t hat will help determine the identification, evaluation and control of risks and hazards th at Exist for workers in that area. For the implementation of this research project, research methods such as deductive, ind uctive and analytical methods were used as well as survey and interview techniques that helped to determine the problems of the laboratory area of the health center. The Occupational Health and Safety audit was applied following the INSTRUCTION F OR THE APPLICATION OF THE REGULATION FOR THE SYSTEM OF LABOR RISK AUDITING, of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS), and the OHSA S 18001 OPERATIONAL CONTROL STANDARD, for which Made a preliminary pla nning, an audit program, and then applied the program and finally issued the respective report that was presented to the Chief Clinical Laboratory, where the findings are detail ed valid, reasonable and timely conclusions and recommendations that help the improve ment Of the laboratory area of the health center. |
