| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de titulación tiene como objetivo determinar cómo la Auditoría de Gestión incide en los niveles de eficiencia eficacia y calidad en el área de aseguramiento de bienes del GAD Municipal del Cantón Jipijapa, mediante la evaluación de las múltiples operaciones en cuanto a los bienes que posee el GAD y que se realizan en la Dirección Financiera, y la consecución oportuna de los objetivos planteados en el área dentro de la Municipalidad. Para ello se desarrolló un análisis situacional donde se detectó la problemática en el proceso y control en cuanto a la contratación de seguros de los activos fijos que maneja el área de aseguramiento de bienes del GAD. Para elaborar el presente proyecto se realizó una investigación descriptiva, los métodos empleados fueron el deductivo y analítico, mientras que las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista, las encuestas y la observación directa las cuales permitieron recopilar información veraz para su análisis y tabulación de resultados representados en gráficos estadísticos, llegando también por esta vía a las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la realidad de esta área del GAD Municipal del Cantón Jipijapa. |
| Descripción : | This titling project has as purpose to determine how the Audit of Management affects the levels of efficiency, effectiveness and quality in the area of property insurance of the GAD Municipal of Jipijapa´s City, by evaluating the multiple operations in terms of the assets that it owns the GAD and that are carried out in the Financial Department, and t he timely achievement of the objectives set out in the area within the Municipality. For this, a situational analysis was carried out, where the problem was detected in the process and control regarding the insurance contracting of the fixed assets that manage the area of property insurance of the GAD. For this project, a descriptive investigation was carried out, the methods used were deductive and analytical, while the techniques used were interviews, surveys and direct observation which allowed gathering information for analysis and tabulation of results represented in statistical graphs, arriving also of this way to the conclusions and recommendations of the reality of this area of the GAD Municipal of Jipijapa´s City. |
