| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el potencial turístico de la comunidad Santa Rosa del Cantón Jipijapa, Manabí en el cual se consideró aplicar la investigación bibliográfico a su vez los métodos de investigación: descriptivo, explicativo, analítico y estadístico con la técnica de recolección de datos entrevista, encuesta y observación directa. Con el desarrollo del trabajo de campo y aplicando las técnicas correspondientes se evidenciaron los resultados con el diagnóstico turístico y la información levantada en la comunidad Santa Rosa se contrastó que posee un recurso natural, el mirador de la montaña con vista hacia el mar de la playa Puerto Cayo, y un recurso cultural que son las fiestas patronales; además, la comunidad no cuenta con todos los servicios básicos, mismos que presentan deficiencias. Se concluye que el turismo tiene poca afluencia ya que solo hay turistas cuando se realizan algún tipo de ferias o fiestas de la comuna. Entonces, que para que el turismo rural comunitario tenga éxito deben existir ventajas competitivas que permitan conocer la oferta y demanda, con el objetivo de ofrecer servicios y productos diferenciados con información mediante recursos digitales. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this investigation is to analyze the tourist potential of the community of Santa Rosa del Cantón Jipijapa, Manabí, in which it was considered to apply the bibliographic research in turn the research methods: descriptive, explanatory, analytical and statistical with the data collection technique. data interview, survey and direct observation. With the development of the field work and applying the corresponding techniques, the results were evidenced with the tourist diagnosis and the information collected in the Santa Rosa community, it was contrasted that it has a natural resource, the viewpoint of the mountain with a view of the beach towards the sea. Puerto Cayo, and cultural resource that are the patron saint festivities, in addition, the community does not have all the basic services, which are deficient. It is concluded that tourism is little since there are only tourists when some type of fairs or commune festivals are held, it is then that for rural community tourism to be successful we must be competitive and know the supply and demand, with the aim of offering differentiated services and products with information through online pages |
