| Resumen : | La comunidad Las Guaijas ubicada en el Cantón Santa Ana, Provincia de Manabí, posee una serie de atractivos turísticos de índole natural, cultural, gastronómicos y áreas recreativas. La actual tesis titulada factores que determinen el desarrollo turístico de la comunidad las Guaijas del cantón Santa Ana de la Provincia de Manabí, busca analizar u determinar los diversos factores que limiten el desarrollo turístico en la comunidad. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo general: Identificar los factores del desarrollo turístico de las Guaijas del Cantón Santa Ana de la Provincia de Manabí, para ello se realizaron visitas al campo, se dialogó con la comunidad, por lo cual se usó una metodología de enfoque analítico sintético, Método exploratorio, Método estadístico, en conjunto con los tipos de investigación Bibliográficas y de observación científica, como técnica de recolección de datos se usó la ficha del Mintur de inventarios turísticos, donde se basó en la recolección de información de los atractivos naturales y culturales que posee la comunidad. Es por ello que los resultados que se obtuvieron demostraron que los principales factores turísticos son el cultural y el natural, siendo los atractivos los más visitados, los factores que fueron determinantes es la infraestructura en mal estado, poca promoción de los atractivos turísticos y poco apoyo gubernamental. Un punto importante e interesante son los que brindan los servicios turísticos, muestran interés por participar en planes de promoción turística, por lo que viene a dar lugar a la propuesta de la promoción turística y capacitación dentro de la comunidad. Concluyendo que si se ejerce un plan de promoción turística se puede dar mejoría a la calidad de vida de quienes habitan la comunidad de Las Guaijas del Cantón Santa Ana. |
| Descripción : | The community of Las Guaijas located in the Santa Ana Canton, Province of Manabí, has a series of tourist attractions and resources of natural, cultural, gastronomic and recreational areas. The current thesis entitled "Factors that determine the tourist development of the Guaijas community in the Santa Ana Canton of the Province of Manabí", seeks to analyze and determine the various factors that limit the development of tourism in the community. The general objective of this work was to identify the factors of tourism development in the Guaijas of Santa Ana Canton in the Province of Manabí, for which field visits were made, dialogue with the community, for which a methodology of synthetic analytical approach was used, exploratory method, statistical method, together with the types of research Bibliographic and scientific observation, as data collection technique used the Mintur file of tourism inventories, which was based on the collection of information from the attractions and natural and cultural resources that the community has. The results obtained showed that the main tourism factors are cultural and natural, being the most visited attractions and resources, the determining factors were the infrastructure in poor condition, little promotion of the attractions and tourism resources and little governmental support. An important and interesting point is that those who provide tourism services show interest in participating in tourism promotion plans, which leads to the proposal of tourism promotion and training within the community. The conclusion is that if a tourism promotion plan is implemented, the quality of life of the inhabitants of the community of Las Guaijas in Santa Ana can be improved. |
