| Resumen : | La importancia del sector inmobiliario es evidente dentro de nuestra sociedad debido a que esta cubre una necesidad básica del ser humano, es notable que se ha generado un acercamiento intrínseco de este mercado en la vida cotidiana de las personas. Por otro lado, es una realidad que la evolución de la sociedad es constante y continua cada nueva tecnología o descubrimiento que la humanidad hace tiene principalmente como objetivo mejorar los estándares de la vida permitiéndonos transformar nuestro entorno en muchos casos a través de herramientas digitales teniendo como premisa mejorar y facilitar los procesos que en antaño requerían mayor esfuerzo para llevar a cabo. Este proyecto titulado “DESARROLLO DE PLATAFORMA ADMINISTRATIVA PARA EL CONTROL Y SEGUIMIENTO DE INMUEBLES EN LA EMPRESA PORTO BIENES RAÍCES” muestra como a través de las ciencias de la computación y la ingeniería de software podemos automatizar una industria cuyas proyecciones de rentabilidad se encuentran siempre al alza investigando los principales procesos que ocurren dentro de este sector y a la vez creando diseños estructurales que permitan la implementación de estos procesos dentro de un software pudiendo de esta forma tener procesos óptimos que reduzcan los tiempos operativos del sector inmobiliario. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto se discutirán los patrones de diseño y tecnologías utilizadas para desarrollarlo así mismo estás serán comparadas con otras alternativas explicando sus pro y contras y sobre que procedimientos extras deberían de ser adoptados para utilizar una alternativa. Por último, se explicará al lector sobre los pasos que fueron necesarios para montar la plataforma en un entorno operativo y se discutirán distintos entornos posibles de operación permitiéndonos tener un gran abanico de posibilidades para poder correr la plataforma. |
| Descripción : | The importance of the real situation of the furniture sector is evident within our society because it covers a basic need of the human being, it is remarkable that an intrinsic approach of this market has been generated in the daily life of people. On the other hand, it is a reality that the evolution of society is constant and continuous every new technology or discovery that humanity makes has mainly as an objective to improve the standards of life allowing us to transform our environment in many cases through digital tools having as a premise to improve and facilitate the processes that in the past required more effort to carry out. This project entitled "DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PLATFORM FOR THE CONTROL AND MONITORING OF PROPERTIES IN THE PORTO REAL COMPANY" shows how through the sciences of computing and software engineering we can automate an industry whose profitability projections are always on the rise investigating the main processes that occur within this sector and at the same time creating structural designs that allow the implementation of these processes within a software being able to have in this way optimal processes that reduce the operational times of the real estate sector. During the development of this project, design patterns and technologies were used to develop it will be discussed, as well as these were compared with other alternatives explaining their pros and cons and on which extra procedures should be adopted to use an alternative. Finally, this study was explained about the steps that were necessary to set up the platform in an operating environment and different possible operating environments which were discussed allowing to have a wide range of possibilities to run the platform. |
