| Resumen : | La minería de procesos es utilizada para explorar bases de datos de distintas dimensiones de manera más eficaz y automática o semiautomática teniendo como objetivo descubrir el comportamiento de datos, patrones repetitivos o reglas que ayudan a almacenar dichos datos dentro del workflow de titulación de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. Esta investigación acoge una metodología de encuestas y procesos investigativos para recaudar información y demostrar la importancia que tiene la minería de procesos dentro de los sistemas institucionales. Los usos de estos procesos son de suma importancia e imprescindibles para la investigación, ya que, El proceso de investigar los datos para descubrir conexiones ocultas y predecir tendencias futuras tiene una larga historia, así mismo es significativa la minería de procesos en el transcurso de indagar sobre los métodos de workflow de titulación para así facilitar la mejora de éste en un futuro, beneficiando a los miembros de titulación, conjuntamente con los estudiantes quienes obtendrán conocimiento del funcionamiento del software que realiza la tarea de completar de manera ordenada la información de titulación. La minería de procesos permitirá recopilar de manera rápida datos importantes que faciliten la investigación para este y otros proyectos de investigación que sean realizados dentro de la UNESUM para el beneficio de la misma y de los estudiantes que se encuentren en el proceso de titulación. |
| Descripción : | Process mining is used to explore databases of different dimensions in a more efficient and automatic or semi-automatic way, with the objective of discovering the behavior of data, repetitive patterns or rules that help store said data within the workflow of the State University degree. from the South of Manabi. This research uses a methodology of surveys and investigative processes to collect information and demonstrate the importance of process mining within institutional systems. The uses of these processes are of the utmost importance and essential for research, since, The process of investigating the data to discover hidden connections and predict future trends has a long history, as well as the mining of processes in the course of investigating on the degree workflow methods in order to facilitate its improvement in the future, benefiting the degree members, together with the students who will obtain knowledge of the operation of the software that performs the task of completing the degree information in an orderly manner. Process mining will allow the rapid collection of important data that facilitates research for this and other research projects that are carried out within UNESUM for the benefit of it and of the students who are in the graduation process. |
