| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación titulado “Diseñador de secuencias web para operativizar servicios de la plataforma del chatbot de la empresa Innovus Software”, surgió mediante una necesidad de integrar un diseñador de secuencias exclusivamente para la empresa, el cual permitirá a los empleados o usuarios de esta misma crear flujos de secuencias con respuestas optimas y eficientes sin la necesidad de saber programar, es decir, sin escribir una sola línea de código, para poder dar respuestas rápidas a los usuarios que soliciten información de los servicios que se ofrecen. El objetivo del presente proyecto es implementar un diseñador de secuencias web para operativizar servicios de la plataforma del Chatbot de la empresa Innovus Software. Los métodos y técnicas utilizadas para la realización de este proyecto fueron métodos teóricos (métodos histórico-lógico y método hipotético-deductivo) los cuales se usaron para la construcción de la investigación y para el planteamiento de la hipótesis de la investigación; métodos empíricos (Análisis de documentos, revisión bibliográfica), las cuales se usaron para la filtración de información; entre las técnicas utilizadas tenemos: observación, entrevista. Para el desarrollo de la plataforma web se utilizaron librerías que permitieron construir el diseñador de secuencias web que tiene un funcionamiento bajo la técnica Drag & Drop de elementos, y así poder alimentar de información a un chatbot. Este servicio que se ha construido se encuentra en total condiciones para su respectivo uso por la empresa Innovus Software. |
| Descripción : | The following research project entitled "Web sequence designer to operativize services of the Innovus Software chatbot platform" arose from a need to integrate a designer of sequences exclusively for the company, which will allow employees or users of this same create sequences flows with optimal and efficient responses without the need to know how to program, that is, without writing a single line of code, to be able to give quick responses to users who request information about the services offered. The objective of the following project is to implement a web sequence designer to operativize services of the Innovus Software Chatbot platform. The methods and techniques used for the realization of this project were theoretical methods (historical-logical method and hypothetico-deductive method) which were used for the construction of the research and for the formulation of the research hypothesis; Empirical methods (document analysis, bibliographic review), which were used for information filtering; Among the techniques used we have: observation, interview. For the development of the web platform, libraries were used to build the web sequence designer that has a Drag & Drop operation of elements, and thus be able to feed information to a chatbot. This service has been built in total condition for its respective use by the Innovus Software company. |
