| Resumen : | El proyecto de investigación presentado se determinó, de acuerdo a la problemática que se encuentra en el GAD Parroquial La América, donde es ajeno a un déficit de nuevas tecnologías. Se obtiene como parte principal la mala comunicación mediante una telefonía tradicional, teniendo muy en cuenta que dentro de las instalaciones solo se cuenta con un teléfono, por ende, el título de este proyecto se designó “Estudio de factibilidad de una Red Telefonía IP para mejorar la comunicación de voz en los departamentos del GAD Parroquial La América”. En general este proyecto investigativo abarca temas de definición de telefonía IP, diferencias entre telefonía tradicional, manejo, estructuración, protocolos, características, componente para implementación, entre otros de suma importancia acorde a la importancia y necesidades del proyecto, cabe recalcar que para obtener información relevante hacia el estudio se realizó una recolección de información de las instalaciones y equipos tecnológicos con los que cuentan dentro de la institución y así luego se realizó encuestas al personal administrativo del GAD Parroquial, obteniendo con estos datos la factibilidad para el desarrollo del proyecto en beneficio de cada una de las áreas de la institución empleando nuevas tecnologías. En conclusión, esta investigación culmina con el planteamiento de la propuesta en el que consiste con la “Estructuración de una red de telefonía IP para mejorar la comunicación de voz en los distintos departamentos del GAD Parroquial La América” lográndose de esta manera identificar los equipos recomendados para así distribuir de una forma eficaz la comunicación en los distintos departamentos, así fortaleciendo las comunicaciones entre empleados y usuarios de la comunidad. |
| Descripción : | The research project presented was determined, according to the problems found in the GAD Parroquial La América, where it is oblivious to a deficit of new technologies. Poor communication through traditional telephony is obtained as a main part, taking into account that within the facilities there is only one telephone, therefore, the title of this project was designated "Feasibility study of an IP Telephony Network to improve voice communication in the departments of the GAD Parroquial La América". In general, this research project covers issues of definition of IP telephony, differences between traditional telephony, management, structuring, protocols, characteristics, component for implementation, among others of utmost importance according to the importance and needs of the project, it should be noted that to obtain relevant information for the study, information was collected on the facilities and technological equipment available within the institution and then surveys were conducted with the administrative staff of the GAD Parroquial, obtaining with these data the feasibility for the development of the project for the benefit of each of the areas of the institution using new technologies. In conclusion, this research culminates with the proposal in which it consists of the "Structuring of an IP telephony network to improve voice communication in the different departments of the GAD Parroquial La América" thus managing to identify the recommended equipment in order to distribute communication in an effective way in the different departments, thus strengthening communications between employees and users of the community. |
