| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad analizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal, la cual dicta que todas las personas con discapacidad tienen derecho a un empleo digno y remunerado bajo las condiciones de igualdad y equidad, con el objetivo y la finalidad de contribuir a la construcción de una sociedad inclusiva y justa, protegiendo y asegurando el derecho de las personas con discapacidad; permitiendo así conocer cómo incide la Ley Orgánica de Discapacidades en el ámbito laboral del GAD Municipal Cayambe. Debido a la naturaleza del trabajo, la orientación es de tipo cualitativa, bibliográfica y descriptiva; surge de la necesidad de implantar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente y así lograr la mejora continua en la inclusión laboral. Esto permitirá determinar la viabilidad para alcanzar el objetivo, a través de la obtención de información de las instituciones públicas como: Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social, Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Cayambe, Código laboral, Consejo Nacional de Discapacidades y otros organismos reguladores. Entre los resultados más apreciables de la investigación se determina que la población estudiada requiere de actividades encaminadas al conocimiento, cumplimiento y garantía de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad. Finalmente se determina que la Ley Orgánica de Discapacidad no incide en su totalidad en el cumplimiento, garantía y protección de los derechos de las personas que pertenecen a este grupo de atención prioritaria. |
| Descripción : | The purpose of this thesis project is to analyze compliance with legal regulations, which dictate that all people with disabilities have the right to decent and paid employment under conditions of equality and equity, with the aim and purpose of contributing to the construction of an inclusive and fair society protecting and ensuring the rights of people with disabilities; thus allowing to know how the Organic Law of Disabilities affects the labor scope of the Cayambe Municipal GAD. Due to the nature of the work, the orientation is qualitative, bibliographic and descriptive; arises from the need to implement compliance with current legal regulations and thus achieve continuous improvement in labor inclusion. This will allow determining the feasibility to achieve the objective, through obtaining information from public institutions such as: Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion, Cayambe Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government, Labor Code, National Council for Disabilities and other regulatory bodies. Among the most appreciable results of the investigation, it is determined that the population studied requires activities aimed at knowledge, compliance and guarantee of the rights of people with disabilities. Finally, it is determined that the Organic Law on Disability does not fully affect the fulfillment, guarantee and protection of the rights of the people who belong to this priority attention group. |
